  • The Day I Came Out My Life Nearly Ended

The day I came out my life nearly ended.

I’d like to tell you my story, the story of the day I came out and my life nearly ended.

I have always known I was different, I knew I should like men like all my friends did but I was drawn to woman, I fought and fought my urges, I tried to like boys, but I failed.

By the time I had hit 15 I knew I could not change, it took me months and months to pluck up the courage to come out to my family.

It was a cold February evening, I walked down the stairs and told my mum, dad and older brother I needed to speak to them and begged them to please not hate me.
It took me a while to get the words out, I was so scared, so desperate not to disappoint them.

When I had finally spat the words out, my family looked at me in silence, my dad was the first to speak “you are disgusting, you need help”.

These words still haunt me, but seeing my mother in tears and my brothers angry face hurt more.
I ran to my room in tears, I eventually fell asleep in my tear stained pillow.

Around 6am I was abruptly woken by being yanked from my bed by my legs.
My father and my brother began raining down blows to my head and body.

My mother was stood by my bedroom door staring and me, I begged them to stop, I pleaded with my mother for help.
I was stripped naked and whipped, kicked, punched, spat on and the final humiliation my father took out his penis and urinated on.
I was scum, I was a dirty lesbian.

They finally left, I laid there naked, covered in my own blood and my fathers urine.
Two or three hours later my mother came in and wrapped me in my bed sheet and dragged me to the car, I thought she was going to kill me, but she drove me to the hospital.
My mother warned me not to tell them the truth or she would kill me.

I told the hospital staff and police, I was jumped on when walking back from a friends.
Roll on to my 16th birthday, I packed a bag and ran, I lived in and out of homeless shelters, on the streets and occasionally others would put me up.

I was lucky in the end a charity helped me find my feet, I found work and eventually found love.
I am 37 years old now and have never spoke with my family again.

The Day I Came Out My Life Nearly Ended but it made me stronger, I found the strength to run, you can not change how you feel.
Just because they are you family it doesn’t mean they will always have your back.
Be strong, be brave, be you.

Back in 2015 Nicki Minaj’s brother; Jelani Maraj, 38, was accused of the repeated rape of his new wife Jacqueline Robinson’s 11 year old daughter. The horrible assault apparently took place up to 4 times a week for 8 months.

However in a twist Maraj’s lawyers told jurors in New York on Thursday that the horrific charges against Mr Maraj were all part of an elaborate plot to extort money from his sister Nicki.

Robinson allegedly told the famous artist: ‘I can make the charges go away for $25million’.

  • Serious Half Term Warning, Parents Please Read

Nick Pomphrett of Braintree, Essex has taken to Facebook to warn parents and children this half term.

Nick wrote: Warning, this is long but very important.

With half term beginning I have already nearly had an accident that left me a little shaken, I very VERY nearly ran over a child! Let me explain:

For work I drive a large van, with a lot of items inside making it very heavy and slightly harder to stop then your average car. Yesterday I was heading down the Halstead High Street hill and approached the traffic lights at the bottom, there at the crossing was a boy on a scooter approximately 12 – 13 years old in school uniform.

As I approached the lights the boy flung his scooter into the road with him on it but pulled back instantly, presumably he’d missed the green man and decided against it. It was only when me and my big van got to the lights, just as they had changed, that he flung himself out again! I have never braked so hard in my life, it’s not everyday you make a vans wheels lock up! I must have missed this child by an inch or so, the disturbing thing was, he pulled back but didn’t even looked concerned!

The reason for this lengthy piece as that if I had hit said child and caused real damage, there would be a police investigation, I would have probably been suspended from my job as it would impact negatively on them and would probably face a social media witch hunt from parents on various groups claiming that it must have been my fault!

This has become an increasingly worrying trend lately with kids not looking and then when they realise, laughing it off or even swearing at drivers who manage to stop in time! Parents, please, please, PLEASE talk to your kids about crossing the roads as I now fear that it is not if but when a child will be hit this half term.
    Thank you for reading this.

  • This Abortion Argument Is Going Viral

This mans Twitter rant is going viral can causing quite a stir on social media.

Author and journalist Patrick Tomlinson tweeted following to his 20 thousand Twitter followers.

Whenever abortion comes up, I have a question I’ve been asking for ten years now of the “Life begins at Conception” crowd. In ten years, no one has EVER answered it honestly.

It’s a simple scenario with two outcomes. No one ever wants to pick one, because the correct answer destroys their argument. And there IS a correct answer, which is why the pro-life crowd hates the question.

Here it is. You’re in a fertility clinic. Why isn’t important. The fire alarm goes off. You run for the exit. As you run down this hallway, you hear a child screaming from behind a door. You throw open the door and find a five-year-old child crying for help.

They’re in one corner of the room. In the other corner, you spot a frozen container labeled ‘1000 Viable Human Embryos.’ The smoke is rising. You start to choke. You know you can grab one or the other, but not both before you succumb to smoke inhalation and die, saving no one.

Do you A) save the child, or B) save the thousand embryos? There is no ‘C.’ ‘C’ means you all die.

In a decade of arguing with anti-abortion people about this definition of human life, I have never gotten a single straight A or B answer to this question. And I never will.

They will never answer honestly, because we all instinctively understand the right answer is ‘A.’ A human child is worth more than a thousand embryos. Or ten thousand. Or a million. Because they are not the same, not morally, not ethically, not biologically.

This question absolutely evicerates their arguments, and their efusal to answer confirms that they know it to be true.

No one, anywhere, actually believes an embryo is equivalent to a child. That person does not exist. they are lying to you.

They are lying to you to try and evoke an emotional, a paternal response, using false-equivalency.

No one believes life begins at conception. No one believes embryos are babies, or children. Those who claim are trying to manipulate you so they can control women.

Don’t let them. Use this question to call them out. Reveal them for what they are. Demand they answer your question, and when they don’t, slap that big ol’ Scarlet P of the Patriarchy on them.

Because a lot of people are missing the point, it is not being argued the embryos are not alive. Nor is it being argued they are without value.

All that is being demonstrated is their value is not equal to that of a human child.

    That’s it. That’s the point.

What do you think of this?
Can you see Patricks point or do you think it’s an unanswerable question.

  • Dear Wife Thank You

    Dear wife,
We both rejoiced when you told me you were pregnant but since day one when God blessed your womb with our baby, I noticed your body started going through vigorous changes – THANK YOU

While I was out with my friends, you were at home feeling sick, spitting and vomiting
While I complain about you being tired, our baby was busy creating room inside you and growing – THANK YOU

I watched how your favourite food became your enemy as you started to crave for strange meals, you changed your diet and you started to add weight – THANK YOU

You lost your shape because of our baby, you lost part of your beauty as your stomach started coming out. Your clothes became smaller as your belly grows bigger. You got worried about the stretch marks – THANK YOU

And one day you called me to watch our baby kick inside you! It was unbelievable!! Right there, I vowed to myself that YOU WILL FOREVER BE MY QUEEN – THANK YOU
I did not know how strong you were until I saw you in labour, you are incredible THANK YOU.

Your body is now perfect and your stretch marks looks so beautiful, I have come to realize how your stretch marks symbolizes strength and beauty of motherhood, all I can say is THANK YOU MY QUEEN.
    Truly Motherhood is Beautiful.

  • Prove Your Loyalty With Hairy Legs

A soldiers in the parachute regiment, currently based in Colchester Essex has caused an online debate with his controversial idea to keep his wife faithful and loyal.

Lisa Watts 27, originally from Swindon took to a Garrison girls Facebook group (a support group for army wives to chat and get advice).
Lisa posted in the group and said that last year when her husband was away for three months on training he had made her do something to prove that she wasn’t cheating whilst he was away.

Her Husband Stephen 29 also from Swindon is due to go away for six months after Christmas.
Stephen expects his doting wife and mother to their two young children, Oscar 4 and Autumn 5 months old  to go unshaven whilst he is away.

This means allowing her armpit, leg and vagina hair to go uncut, trimmed, waxed or shaven.
When he returns from action he demands to see her body to prove her loyalty.

The post had over 4000 replies from members the majority of which were against the idea.

Sandra Daly commented on the post and said “This is control, he’s sick, surely he should trust you, time to file for divorce”.
There were hundreds of comments similar to this, however some people thought it was a good idea.

Tanisha Fitzgerald said “I kind of like the idea, it’s like unwrapping a present, plus think of all the money you’ll save on razors etc and at least it is winter, the extra hair will keep you nice and warm”.

What’s your thoughts, would you go unshaven to prove your loyalty?

  • Warn Your Children About This New Craze

A dangerous Facebook game is encouraging teenagers to “disappear”, please warn your children about this new craze.

Children as young as 14 years of age are doing a “48-Hour Challenge”, where they disappear without a word to families, often in pairs or small groups.
It it similar to the Game Of 1972 which was popular Western Europe four years ago, reports Belfast Live .

That craze saw children dare each other to vanish without trace for up to three days and took off quickly in France and other countries.

Missing children increase their ‘score’ through every social media mention of them

Every mention the missing teen gets on social media increases their score, so frantic parents asking Facebook followers for help and to share  only add to the “game”.

One mum in Northern Ireland whose child disappeared recently said: “This is a competition and it’s sick. The anxiety it left our family in is unspeakable.

“I was terrified they were dead or would be raped, trafficked or killed. But these kids just think it’s funny. There was not even a moment of remorse when my child was taken into police custody and when the police brought my child home, I could see posts of selfies from the police car.

“I’ve been told my child and friends are in the lead in this competition because they managed to vanish for 55 hours before they were discovered.

“It was just terrifying and my child, who is 14, doesn’t seem to get it. They need a wake up call but I’m worried what that would be.”

Please warn your children about this new craze not only is it dangerous for them, it terrifies families and friends, plus a genuine missing teen may not get the social media coverage that may bring them home safely.

Time to sit down and have a chat with your teen or even younger children about this craze, no matter how sensible you may think they are.

Please kindly share to warn others.

  • Being A Gingerist Is As Bad As Being a Racist?

Being A Gingerist Is As Bad As Being a Racist?

Should being ginger or a red-head be classed the same as members of other groups, such as ethnic or religious minorities, homosexuals or disabilities?

Gingers make a convenient target for the innate human desire to single out and ridicule people who are “different”.

Anti-ginger bullying may be a particular problem in schools, but few schools make it a priority, guided by the law and codes of practice to concentrate their efforts on tackling racism, homophobia and disability prejudice. Indeed, unlike hatred based on race or sexuality, however, there is no legal recognition that anti-ginger prejudice exists.

Hair colour doesn’t feature among the list of “protected characteristics” in the 2010 Equality Act. The law attaches no special opprobrium to words that incite anti-ginger hatred, as it does to the stirring up of religious hatred or homophobia.

Anti-ginger prejudice may seem trivial to those who have never experienced it but it affects some people badly knocking their confidence and even causing people to self harm, there has also been cases of people being attacked and even killed because of the colour of their hair.

According to urbandictionary.com a gingerist is a person who puts down any person with ginger hair no matter what kind of person they are.

Should the words ginger nut, ginge, carrot top, Chucky etc be classed as a hate crime the same as the N word or the nasty shortened down version of the word Pakistani.

Being A Gingerist Is As Bad As Being a Racist?

Have you ever mocked or called someone a name just because of their natural hair colour? Do you think it should be classed as a hate crime?

Are you a natural red-head or a ginger? Does it offend you being called such names?

  • Mum Sets Up a Justgiving Page For Sons Birthday

A mum has set up a justgiving  page to get parents to ‘contribute’ money for her son’s 10th birthday instead of giving him the traditional presents.

Paramita Sarkar says her son Adi always gets far to many presents from friends when he has his parties that they are pointless and not played with .

So, before his tenth birthday next month, she’s set up a JustGiving page and is planning on asking parents and friends to donate cash instead – ‘to get something useful that would be treasured’.

With a suggested donation of £15 per child, from around 20 children he is thinking of inviting to his party, Adi, from Bramhall, would have a huge £300 to splash out on what he really wants.

Paramita, who’s taking her son to Disney World in Florida next week as his present from his mum and dad Indranil, said: “There is no party without presents but afterwards we are left with boxes of Lego every year which stop getting played with.

“They get piled up in boxes and we run out of space to store all the board games – sometimes duplicate ones.

“So I have set up this JustGiving page where I would request mums to contribute – not donate – instead of buying presents.

“I can then buy something that my boy would actually appreciate and treasure over a long period of time. This is simply to reduce the clutter and buy something really useful.”

The mum is trying to gauge people’s reactions as to whether her site is an ‘acceptable’ idea, or whether she’d be judged or have negative comments by other parents.

She said: “Friends have said it’s a good idea so I set up the link, but I’m apprehensive about circulating it at school as I don’t want to feel judged.

“I’m hoping they’ll be positive when they see it and take it up.

“If everybody contributed say £15 a time, there’ll be 20 people and Adi can actually buy something really nice.”

The 39-year-old says Adi, who’s in Year 5 at Cheadle Hulme School, will not be upset that his school mates  arrive at his party without gifts.

She added: “I have explained to him and he is cool with the idea and also keeps asking how much collections have been made.”

Paramita says there is no specific target for the crowdfunding, but she set ‘a humble one’ at £50.

She’s already exceeded the amount after money donations from some close friends and family who attended a small party for Adi when they went to watch the Chinese circus at Tatton Park earlier this month.
