  • Primark Candle Risk of Fire

A lady named Jenny Ferneyhough has taken to Facebook to warn others about primark candles and the high risk of fire.

This is a candle I bought in Primark Manchester for £5 on Saturday. I am concerned that it poses a risk to the safety of anyone who owns one, and I have emailed Primark suggesting they recall them. In the meantime, I would be grateful if we could spread the word so that no one is put at risk by this. #primark

  • Womans Hilarious Complaint Goes Viral

    Womans hilarious Complaint Goes Viral

Leila Daly contacted Sainsbury’s recently to complain about a product she had bought from their store.

Dear Sainsbury’s, it is with a sad heart that I write to inform you that your lettuce made me fat.

Today, starving, I entered my kitchen to make my lunch. Upon opening this fine lettuce, I noticed someone had already began eating it. Who, may you ask? Well it was this little worm.

As you can imagine I was absolutely horrified. My children started crying, my cats started headbutting the wall in shock, I soiled myself, my husband divorced me, it was complete madness.

I sat on the floor crying for a little over an hour. Until, puffy and red, I gave in and ate a burger. This was solely because I could not eat the lettuce purchased from you. Due to that burger, I instantly gained 12 stone. This is through no fault of my own and entirely due to the wormy lettuce.

What kind of establishment allows worms on food that comes from the ground? Do you want me to die? What if I get worms and they eat my insides and then my children will be without a mother? You should be ashamed of yourselves! Due to my failure as a person I have now become a fat prostitute. Again, this is solely your fault.

I have enclosed a picture of the offending item along with what my dinner should have looked like if not for the offending worm.

Hang your heads in shame. Fire all your staff. Close down your business. There is no other way.

    Sincerely,

    Leila Daly.

Since this was first posted on to Facebook it has been shared a whooping 127 thousand times, this little worm and his feast has gone viral.

Please share to give someone else a giggle

  • What it is like to break up with a Narcissist

What it is Like to Break Up with a Narcissist

Narcissists can be charming, sweet, attractive, and fun and  interesting at the start.

Of course, when your relationship started, you didn’t relise he was a narcissist. He was the most charming and loving man ever. Soon, you saw his true side: you saw he was vain, manipulative, and that nothing is ever his fault, and it all turned into a nightmare.

Dating a narcissist or being in a relationship with one is an emotional roller coaster. When you are with a narcissist, everything revolves around him, and he is the center of the attention. It is confusing, exhausting, and emotionally challenging. After some time, you realized that the only thing you can do is to leave this unhealthy relationship. But, the break up doesn’t end your emotional suffering.

The only thing harder than being in a relationship with a narcissist is breaking up with one. Here is what it’s like to break up with a narcissist and what you should expect.

Every break-up is tough and painful. But, most breakups follow the same patterns: one of the partners leave, both of them grieve for a certain period of time, and everyone moves on with their lives. But, when it comes to narcissists, everything is different, so you can’t expect to have an average break up. Narcissists are very competitive, enjoy winning, and have a fragile ego. If a narcissist leaves you, he either found another victim for emotional abuse or he left you to play with you and he will soon be back. If you are the one leaving a narcissist, you are directly attacking his ego.

The only way to leave a narcissist is to cut all ties between you two. It’s impossible to stay friends or to maintain any contact with this person after the relationship. He needs to emotionally abuse someone, and if you stay around him, he will quickly drag you back in this never-ending circle. Before you know it and without even being aware of it, he will use his manipulative skills against you, and you will again find yourself in some kind of relationship with him.

Everything involving a narcissist has to be chaotic; it is just a part of their personality. So, don’t expect your break up to go without a storm. A narcissist feels threatened when you are leaving him. Expect a big fight, expect him to insult you or even threaten that you would never get rid of him. He may try to blame you for everything that has happened in this unhealthy relationship. But, keep in mind that you were the victim and don’t let him make you feel guilty. He will try to do this to directly affect your self-esteem. He is very well aware that he is the one who was hurting you, but he doesn’t care. Because he doesn’t care about you.

The only thing he cares about is himself and that he has someone he can emotionally abuse. And he knows he can manipulate and emotionally abuse you only if you feel worthless and bad about yourself. A narcissist will try to manipulate you and play with your mind.

Another possible scenario is that he will assure you he will change and that he can’t live without you. He will beg, plead, bargain, and tell you everything you wanted to hear, just so two of you can be together. He may even threaten suicide. You may feel like he finally realized you are the one and that your relationship is worth fighting for. But, don’t fall for his tricks! He will use everything he can, so he can seduce you and charm you like in the beginning. He is not doing this because he loves you. And he is doing this because his ego is hurt, and he can’t admit he was wrong.

If you make up with a narcissist, you will feel like you are at the top of the world. He will be the best boyfriend you could ever wish for. But, only for a short period of time. Soon, a narcissist will return to his old ways, and you will be trapped back in this cycle of emotional abuse and torture. Remember, he will never change!

  • Mistaken Identity led to an Amazing Tradition

A simple case of mistaken identity has led to a beautiful new family tradition.

Last year grandmother Wanda Dench messaged her grandson asking him to join them for Thanksgiving dinner. Little did she know this was actually sent to Arizona teenager Jamal Hinton.

After clearing up the mistake he jokingly asked if he was still welcome to join them. She happily exclaimed:

“Of course you can. That’s what grandmas do…feed everyone,” she replied.

Well this year shared pictures to his instagram account showing the odd pair enjoying another thanksgiving together joined by their spouses.

Jamal explained: “She is a very sweet lady,” Jamal told news outlets at the time. “She told me her husband was a veteran and she always invited his friends over for dinner, so she’s used to having a lot of people over.”

Dench told local newspaper the Arizona Republic: “It was really nice having everybody here.

“We got to laugh about last year and reminisce about how it all blew up on our phone and how I had to change my number. We had a laugh and a good time.”

Such a lovely heartwarming story, we hope the tradition continues for many years to come.

  • Dad Masturbates His Disabled Son And Explains Why

Dad Masturbates His Disabled Son And Explains Why

Perhaps one of the most controversial posts of late has been that of a blog by Fayzal Mahamed.

In the blog, he explains his actions in physically masturbating his disabled son and why he feels it is the best thing he can do for his therapy.

Mahamed explains in his blog post why he has chosen to do this and hopes to bring light to the taboo subject of disabilities and sex.

Fayzal Mahamed. Fayzal Mahamed is making headlines with his controversial blog post regarding his severely disabled son. Mahamed has openly stated he has chosen to masturbate his son as a treatment method.

Mahamed’d son, Mustafa suffers from PIMD or Profound Intellectual Multiple Disabilities. He has severe disabilities that have left him unable to communicate or voluntarily move any of his muscles.

He has an estimated IQ well below 20 and is basically bed-ridden if it were not for his father’s care.

Mahamed explains that from around the time Mustafa was 17, he noticed his son would get erections during bath time and through regular therapeutic massages.

What Mahamed found in his research was a lot of hush-hush and brick walls. He explained that there wasn’t a lot of help out there for people in his situation.

In the beginning, Mahamed was confused and overwhelmed with caring for his son but felt as though there must be something he could do. “As a father who understood sexual behavior, I knew that my son was trying to express his sexual feelings because of the arousal that was happening around his body and that this sexual behavior was no different than most teenagers encounter after puberty in their personal sexual development,” Mahamed wrote.

Mahamed writes his biggest wall that was encountered came by way of fear in others. He states the issue itself is rarely discussed because it’s feared. “There is a taboo in discussing general sexual matters such as masturbation in society and this attitude gets aggravated in the discussion of sexuality of persons with disability,” he states.

Mahamed was able to find literature on sexual therapy and sex workers who were trained to help people with disabilities, but says none of which were available to his son. He states from insurance issues, therapy was out, and there were no qualified (or legal) sex workers in the South Africa area where they live.

After extensive research and discussions with medical personnel, Mahamed decided on a course of action for his son. “I thought the only way forward was to treat my son equally to other disabled persons and apply the professional advice given to other profoundly disabled persons, namely, therapeutic masturbation to relieve and gratify my son’s sexual expression,” he stated.

It was after this lengthy research that Mahamed came to the realization he would have to provide the therapeutic masturbation himself if he was serious about going that avenue for his son.

“It was at this stage that I soon came to realize that there was no alternative way to provide the therapeutic masturbation that my son needed other than to apply the therapeutic masturbation on my own,” Mahamed explained in his blog.

As Mahamed describes further in his blog, the experience of therapeutic massage was nothing more than a “natural extension” of the care he was already providing for his son. He states it was no different than caring for his son by bathing him or changing a nappy.

Mahamed explained his son’s reaction to the first treatment by saying, “I remember how my son expressed a sense of relief, delight and happiness with a smile followed by laughter and other sounds of contentment when I applied the therapeutic masturbation.”

The masturbation therapy has worked wonders on his son’s demeanor according to Mahamed. He states the therapy has “led to a calmness in my son’s behavior and he continues to show his contentment and happiness all around him.”

Mahamed says he understands the controversy behind the therapy procedures, but hopes his blog will bring light to a little-discussed topic. “I wish to appeal to parents and caregivers to consider that such care and nurture includes sexual care and this begins by recognizing that all persons with disabilities are sexual human beings”.

  • I Saved My Daughter From Bullies But I Paid The Price

I Saved My Daughter From Bullies But I Paid The Price.

My daughter Amelia is a shy quiet girl with a heart of gold, she is kind and sweet.

We have moved a lot in her short 11 years, my husband is in the army and every two to three years we have to move for his job.

This has been a fantastic experience but has meant Amelia loses friends and has to start again.

When Amelia was due to start secondary school we decided to settle back home in Cambridge.

Amelia started at the local school and she didn’t seem to settle well, maybe just nerves I thought, small fish in a big pond type of thing.

After the first few weeks she began coming home without her bag or shoes, saying she had lost them and then I noticed marks on her, scratches, bruises and even a chunk of hair was missing.

I confronted Amelia and she denied she was being bullied, she said it was from playing hockey, or got her hair stuck in her locker.

I knew something was going on, one day At the beginning of October I decided to wait round the corner from the school to see if I could see anything.

I followed her across a field, six girls aged 14-15 jumped my little girl, they were pounding blows on her tiny frame, kicking her, pug her beautiful blonde locks and taking her stuff and trowing it.

An anger rose in me, I ran at them screaming for them to get off of her.

I was greeted with a cackle of laughter and verbal abuse.

They picked Amelia off of the floor, held her arms behind her back and said “let’s put on a show” they hit my quiet, sweet, kind girl in her tiny stomach, winding her, my daughter looked at me with pleading eyes.

I couldn’t stand by and watch my child be beaten, I hit one of the girls and dragged another off of my daughter throwing her to the floor.

I took my daughter by the hand and we ran home.

My daughter was visibly shaken and scared, I bathed my girl the first time in years I had helped her bathe.

That night we sat cuddled up watching movies and eating snacks, I was determined that my daughter wouldn’t be returning to that school.

Half way through the movie there was a load knock on the door and two police officers were there.

I was spoken to in my house about the assault , not the one on my child though, the one on them.

I was told I had to hand myself in, in the morning.

The next day I arrived at the police station, confused and scared.

I had my fingerprints taken, mug shot, and read my rights, I was interviewed for several hours and placed in a cell.

I was finally called back into the interview room and told I was being cautioned on assault of a minor.

I thought that would be the end of it, but rumours began spreading that I had beaten a child, that I was a danger to children.

People threw rocks through our windows, my tyres were slashed, but for me the worst was hearing the whispers behind my back, the looks I was given.

It got so bad I was scared to leave the house, and for what the fact I hit a teenager my own height for beating my daughter who was tiny.

After six months of living in fear, we gave in and moved, we are now living in Leeds and things are starting to look up.

I still don’t know what else I was supposed to do when I saw my daughter being attacked, I can’t think of any other way to have dealt with it.

  • Why You Feel More Depressed In Winter?

Why You Feel More Depressed In Winter? You could be suffering with Seasonal affective disorder – also known as SAD – is a mood disorder which gets worse during winter. But how do you know if you’re suffering from it? And what can you do to relieve the symptoms?

“Daylight plays an important role in maintaining our sleep patterns, appetite, temperature, sex drive, mood and activity,” says Bridget O’Connell, head of information at mental health charity Mind. So it’s no surprise that a lack of daylight could affect our general health and well-being.

“The amount of light we need to keep on track varies from person to person, but for some people, the reduction in daylight hours seen in the UK through the winter months is enough to significantly slow these internal mechanisms down.”

As a result, people could have problems sleeping and concentrating, difficulty coping with everyday pressures they normally take in their stride, and may become more prone to depression, overeating and illness.

“Anyone could be affected by SAD at any time,” says Bridget, but it is most likely to develop between the ages of 18 and 30. Research also shows twice as many women as men are diagnosed with the disorder.

Wanting to sleep or eat more during winter, coupled with being less inclined to get out and about, is a normal reaction to seasonal changes and decreased exposure to natural light. “However if you feel your low mood in winter is so severe it is preventing you from living your life as usual, and occurs regularly every winter, then you may have SAD,” says Bridget.

Symptoms may start between September and November and can last until late May. Once someone has experienced two or three winters of symptoms, they can be said to be suffering from SAD.

“If you feel you are suffering from SAD, you should visit your GP to discuss the best course of treatment, be that bright light therapy, talking therapies, medication or one of the many alternative treatments available,” Bridget advises.

Outdoor activity, whether it’s a bike ride, a run around the block or pottering in the garden, could have a positive impact on mood. “Research shows outdoor exercise could be as effective as antidepressants in treating mild to moderate depression. In turn, exercise will increase physical fitness, improve self-confidence and self-esteem. Exercising with friends or an organised group could also help to lift mood.”

  • Don’t Shame Me Because My Daughter Wants To be A Girl

So all of my Facebook timeline and in the media i see constant posts about gender equality.

Boys can dress as girls, and girls are encouraged to play with toys which were previously aimed at males.

    Which I think is fantastic..But

My daughter is 6 and is into all things pink, she loves to play make-believe and pretend to be a grown up or a mummy.

Her bedroom has a doll’s house, pram, ironing board, toy kitchen, unicorns, horses, shopkins and princesses, her walls are pink and she has fairy pictures up and cupcake curtains.

My daughter dresses in frilly dresses, with sparkly shoes, big pink bows in her hair and loves nothing more than having her nails painted and putting on lip gloss.

Don't Shame Me Because My Daughter Wants To be A Girl

I have had people comment that I am stereotyping her, treating her like a “girl”.

Well news flash she is one, she wants to play house, she isn’t interested in super heroes or football and that’s fine by me.

There is so much about gender stereotypes that when a child acts the gender they are sometimes the parents are labelled as bad parents or not encouraging them to be something else.

I have not forced my child to become interested in all things “feminine” it’s her choice.

Why can’t we just let kids be kids, stop making parents feel guilty, not all of us want to change the traditions.

By her playing with these toys it doesn’t mean she won’t grow up with ambition and only wish to be a mum or housewife (if she did I’d be proud, it’s an amazing job)

She could grow up to be an engineer, a doctor, a vet, a famous chef or whatever she wants.

Being a girl and liking girl things shouldn’t be an issue.

I wont comment on your parenting so keep out of mine.
