Shocking Post Pregnancy Weight Loss Photo
The American actress famous for her part in the television series Angel and her role in the film Return of the living dead-rave to the grave and New York best selling author, Jenny Mollen has shared a shocking picture of her post pregnancy weight loss to highlight a common issue and let other mum know about this condition so they can seek medical attention sooner rather than later.
Jenny took to Instagram to share the shocking photo of her torso to show her rapid weight loss just six months after giving birth to her second son Lazlo.
Jenny Mollen said “Not anorexia, it’s a thyroid issue. I don’t know what it says about me that I got this thin and didn’t think there was anything wrong.
Last Friday, I had a bulge in my neck that finally got me to the doctor. I’m STILL waiting on blood work but my doc thinks it’s Graves.
If you just had a baby and have lost an inordinate amount of weight, feel like you are on cocaine, are suddenly heat intolerant, can’t stop losing hair, and think your husband is being a d*** it might just be your thyroid!!
Get checked ASAP”
Graves disease is an immune system disorder which results in the overproduction of the thyroid hormones, symptoms can be weight loss, irritability, hand tremors, heat sensitivity, tiredness, eyes bulging, red skin and even heart palpitations.
The condition is also known as Basedow’s disease, Graves disease can be managed with medical treatment, there is no current cure for the disease but medication can help to manage the symptoms for most people.

Bigger Woman Still Have A Postpartum Body
“When you’re a bigger woman, somehow it makes certain people think you don’t deserve to say you have a “real” postpartum body.
THIS. IS. FALSE.
You grew a human. You birthed a human, whether they came out of your lady bits or through surgery. You have a postpartum body. Period. End of story. It doesn’t matter what that body looks like. There is no definition of what a postpartum body is supposed to look like, contrary to what some people will try to force you to believe.
You will see women who have no marks, or those who have 50. You will see women whose stomachs went right back to being smooth and flat, or hang down with loose skin. You will see women who have lots of fat on their bellies, or who have none. You will see women who were in great shape and toned when they got pregnant and women who were considered “plus size” when they got pregnant. Some women stayed in shape through pregnancy while others gained weight. But what do all of these women have in common after birthing these adorable humans?
They. Have. A. Postpartum. Body.
They have a story. Their story matters and it counts. They can post the photo if they want to. And not every photo will look the same. I am SO DONE with hearing that certain women aren’t allowed to consider their body a “real” postpartum body and post their love for it.
So here it is. Another lovely photo of my postpartum body” -Full credit to the amazing: Meg Boggs

Why Sleeping Naked Is Good For You
Sleeping naked is a very popular way for to sleep. In fact, a survey by the Daily Mail found that around 30% of people in Britain sleep naked regularly.
Here are some reasons why sleeping naked may be beneficial
You will sleep better naked!!!
Researchers at the University of Amsterdam have found that the best way to get a good quality sleep is by lowering your skin temperature. This means you are less likely to wake up in the middle of the night.
Help you stay young
Sleeping naked will help your body to stay cool and comfortable. As we all know, trying to sleep in a hot room can be a tough and uncomfortable challenge. That warmth disrupts the release of anti-aging hormones – in particular, melatonin.
You Could Lose weight
The U.S National Institutes of Health found that keeping yourself cool while sleeping encourages your body to create more brown fat. Brown fat helps to keep you warm by burning calories, which helps to boost your metabolism all day long. If you choose to sleep in clothes or sleep under heavy blankets you’re preventing the release of the growth hormone IHG, which helps to repair bones, skin and muscles.
Get healthier
Removing your clothes before you get into bed will help to improve your blood circulation, which is good news for your heart and muscles.
As well as this, the superior quality sleep that you experience will lead to a normalisation of your hormone levels, as well as increasing the release of both the growth hormone and melatonin, which have anti-ageing properties awesome news as it is free.
Get closer to your partner
Having skin to skin contact with your partner releases the happiness hormone, oxytocin, just like when you hold your new-born naked baby. Some of the biggest benefits of oxytocin are that it can help to alleviate stress and depression, reduce blood pressure and help with gut inflammation. Of course, all these positive things also help with sleep, meaning you get all these benefits on top of quality rest, as well as the feeling of being closer to your partner, plus it is cheaper than putting the heating on share the warmth.
Your skin will look better
There’s a reason why cleaning your face before going to sleep is recommended and that’s because pores that can’t breathe will become blocked with dirt, creating spots. However, this is the same for all the skin on your body, which is why sleeping naked can help solve any problem areas you currently have. Your skin will be able to breathe, thus making it less likely that you will suffer from spot ridden skin.
You will save money
How many pairs of Pjs do you own? save yourself some money and never buy any again, Release your skin be thin, be healthy and happy! Do you sleep naked let us know in the comments

Brides List Of Demands Are Crazy- Bridezilla
One woman took to Facebook to ask advice in an anonymous forum, let us know in the comments if she is right to be a tad annoyed.
The woman wrote:
I’ve been asked to be a bridesmaid next year but the bride has some demands, I just want to know if I am being a dick here!
1) I need long blonde hair. I currently have short red hair I’ve told her I won’t be bleaching however I’ll compromise and wear a wig
2) I need to be size 10. I’m currently an 18 after losing 8 stone this year i’ve told her I will work as hard as I can but I feel that is slightly unrealistic, she won’t budge and will only order my dress in a 10 and I am to pay the full cost of it.
3) I need to take all my piercings out, including my tongue bar! I’ve told her I will comprise with retainers but my chest piercing can’t come out as I’ll never ever get it back in.
4) (my personal favourite) I need to cover my tattoos. All 15 of them. We are having mid-thigh dresses, I have tattoos on my legs, arms, back, hands, chest and neck. Told her this will not be covered under any circumstances.
5) my husband isn’t coming to the wedding or reception, she doesn’t want us “being cuter than her and her husband” in fairness, he won’t go anyway because he hates her 😂 and we have got 2 kids so he will be home with them
If I don’t adhere to all these rules, I’m out of the bridal party. Am I a wrong for my compromises and basically telling her I don’t want to be involved? It’s a bit high maintenance for my liking!
Would you chance to make the bride happy after all it is her special day or tell her where to go?

Things Only A Slimming World Member Will Understand
Things only people who’ve joined slimming clubs will know.
1. You will wear exactly the same thing to get weighed each week. Even if it’s -2 degrees outside you’ll be wearing a floaty summer dress and freezing your tits off.
2. You’ve considered weighing in wearing just a swimming costume.
3. There’s always a Janet in the group who takes 42 cruises a year.
4. You’ll save all your Syns/Points up in the week so you can neck a bottle of vodka on Friday night.
5. There’s always a Pauline in group who ate 8 sausage rolls at her cousin’s funeral and put on 5 pounds in a week.
6. You will not eat a thing before weigh in. Even if weigh in is at 8pm.
7. You’ll praise a Susan who maintained.
8. Food on the diet a bit dry? Quark. Need a creamy hit in your pasta? Quark. Broken leg? Quark. End world poverty? Quark.
9. Group leader: “You can eat a whole bag of pasta if you need to…..but you won’t be able to”
You: “I beg to fucking differ Linda”.
10. There will always be one lone man called Peter in group who loses 9 pounds each week. He seems like a lovely chap but you’ll all secretly hate the bastard.
11. You will be unable to poo before you get weighed. As soon as you get home….massive shit.
12. The group leader will try to tell you that potatoes cut into strips and sprayed in Fry Light are “better than chip shop chips”. This is bullshit Linda. Bullshit.
13. A new flavour of Müller Light is announced and it creates a frenzy of riot proportions.
14. Linda is no skinny cow herself and doesn’t follow the plan.
15. Syns/Points don’t count if it’s to help cure a hangover. They also don’t count if you’re eating them off another person’s plate.
16. The car park is always full, if you want to lose weight walk there
17. There is always a bitch called Gemma who will have take aways and McDonald’s at the weekend and still lose weight.
