Please Don’t Call Him A Rape Baby
Please Don’t Call Him A Rape Baby
Three years ago I had to work late due to dead lines on a project I was assigned to, it was around 10pm when I finally left the office, I was desperate to get home as I knew I had an early night and just wanted something to eat and to soak in the tub.
I made a huge error of judgement and decided to cut through a dark car park cutting off ten minutes of my journey home.
I was half way through the car park when I was pulled into a van, I don’t remember much other than his body on top off mine and being in pain, I must have blacked out!
I awoke 2 or 3 hours later two miles from home in a dark ditch, with no clothes and blood dripping down my thighs.
I crawled through the mud and grass to the side of the road and a lorry driver stopped, the kindest man who wrapped me in a blanket and held me as I sobbed, he wanted to take me to the hospital but I just wanted to go home.
The next morning I washed and dressed for work and god knows why but I pretended it hadn’t happened, I just carried on as normal.
I smiled, I joked, I socialized, until 14 weeks later I discovered I was pregnant, the rape really did happen, it all came flooded back to me, memories are vague but now I was carrying my rapist baby.
I visited my parents and poured out everything that had happened my mother was so great so kind so understanding, we talked about options but this baby wasn’t to blame, it was my child.
I eventually gave birth to a beautiful red-haired little boy called *John*, my family really supported me other than my sister-in-law who kept referring to him as the rape baby, always asking does my son look like the rapist, how can you love a baby conceived by rape? Even suggested I put him up for adoption as when he finds out how he came into this world he will hate himself.
He is NOT a rape baby, I do not see my rapist in my sons eyes, he is my light after a dark time, he is my hope, he is my heart, he is my son!

Parents Need To Be Aware Of This!
Sian Rachael Ball is desperate to make other parents aware and to be vigilant and know the signs of the thing that made her son ill.
Ball said “For all other mums, Iâve worked in a few nurseries and school and have never heard of this. My son got sick on Sunday (itâs now Wednesday) he was sick and had this rash on his legs. Took him to the doctors only to be told they didnât know what it was, probably just a skin infection, They gave him antibiotics And was told he could go back to school. Next day at school he has come out crying and had to be carried all the way home because he couldnât walk! School forced him to sit down even when he said he was in pain! (Will be speaking to them tomorrow) took straight to the hospital and been diagnosed with henoch scholein purpura (hps) he will now have to have his kidneys tested for the next 12 months as itâs in the same category as meningitis!
Apparently more common in boys and common in the ages of 2-10 years.im posting the information as this can just happen to any child! And feel like this should be known to parents just as much as meningitis! Now have a very poorly son that has many doctors appointments to attend and off school of up to 6 weeks. but luckily we got a second opinion!

My Son Is Being Punished For Being Bullied
My son is 7 and has dyspraxia and is on the autistic spectrum, he also has an irritable bladder.
He is a kind, smart and sensitive boy, he likes to hug people and sometimes says things he shouldn’t, he struggles to make friends as he is “different”, with his bladder he sometimes has wet patches in his trousers especially when he is stressed however teachers say he is a perfect pupil eager to please and a hard worker.
But my boy is being bullied by this one particular girl, she says my boy is ugly because he has freckles and that he smells of wee, anything my son touches she refuses to use and tells everyone its covered in germs, she taunts him, shoves him kicks him and gets others to follow suit.
Last month my son came home from school and got sandpaper and tried to rub his freckles off, he washes constantly and cries himself to sleep.
As his mum I’ve been into the school and spoke to his teacher on numerous occasions even spoke to the head and this girls parents.
My son seemed happier for a short time until 4 days before half term where this one girl chucked a rock at his eye during play time again I spoke to the school.
The next day I asked my son had this girl been horrible to him and to my surprise he said no, I was pleased that the school had finally dealt with her.
But I was then shocked to discover the reason why my son hadn’t been bullied was because he had been placed in isolation!!!
The school have effectively punished my son for being a victim of bullying.
The school can’t seem to deal with this 7-year-old girl and protect my child by keeping him on his own but this won’t help my  childs social development and he feels he has done wrong for telling on her, as his mum i want to protect him but other than pulling him out of the school completely which will be very very stressful for him as change is hard for him what on earth can I do, I feel helpless.
I didn’t send my son back to school for the rest of the week and I’m still unsure what to do when he is due to return to school on Monday.
What would you do in this situation?

If You Don’t RSVP To Parties You Are A Dick
If you don’t rsvp to parties you are a dick
We live in a time when we are often busy, many of us drop off our children and rush off to work or running around after the toddler at home, I myself never seem to get a break and am forever running around after everyone else.
So you collect your child from school after a hectic day and are handed a pile of school letters, leaflets and a party invite.
Now what you should do is open the invite check the date and see if you and your child are available and fill out the reply slip or send a simple text to the worried party organising mum to let her know if your child will be able to attend.
Personally I feel you should attend as many of these parties as possible, this child is hoping his or her friends will make their birthday special and would be devastated if no one attended and it’s been on social media and in the tabloids that a number of children have had the heart-break of no one turning up, can you imagine if that were your child and how that would make them feel.
If for whatever reason you are unable to attend let them know as soon as you can, many parties require a deposit for each child invited, so if your son or daughter can’t go they may be able to fill the spot and invite another child.
There is nothing worse than planning a party say at a zoo or play centre and having to pay for a child who doesn’t attend.
I mean come on folks we live on our phones, how long does it really take to send a text, if you ignore the invite or just bin it and don’t rsvp then you my dear are a dick!

Yes I Have A Favourite Child, I Am Not Ashamed
Yes I have a favourite child I am not ashamed to say it although I do not make it obvious to my children or the outside world.
I am the proud mother of two boys a sensitive kind six-year-old named Oscar and a cheeky, funny ten-year old called Charlie who has the condition cystic fibrosis .
I love Charlie more than Oscar.
You see my ten-year old needs me much more, I’ve sat up with him through long cold nights, I’ve comforted him, I watched him struggle to breathe and nearly lost him countless times from a variety of infections, I,ve held him and cried with him, I can do little too take away his pain tears.
Charlie is my favourite for he is the one who needs my love the most, he doesn’t have many friends as he’s often off school Ill with lung infections or shortness of breathe, I feel immense guilt for giving him this condition, and would give anything to take it away, as a mother you want to help your child but somethings you just cant help.
My youngest son wouldn’t know that I love his brother more, and I guess most parents in some way favour one child over the other although few would admit it.
So yes I have a favourite child and I feel absolutely no guilt for the way my heart feels, I love both my children but I’m closer to one than the other, why is it such a taboo subject to say you have a favourite child?
It is human nature to be closer to somethings more than another, this is why we have favourite pets, a best friend, a parent you are closer to, a favourite outfit so why not a favourite child.

Don’t Add Me To Vaccination Groups-Autism and MMR
So today I was added to a group. I was added by a friend as they were debating about autism and it being caused by the Mmr vaccination.
Many believe this scaremongering, which is scary.
So many children are now at future risk of a serious illness due to being told incorrect facts. Please do your own research before making such a huge decision. It isnât your life, itâs your childrenâs life being put at risk.
The worst I heard on this thread was that the Jews were to blame…..so instead of just blaming professionals they take it out on a whole religion, surely that isnât on?
I have three wonderful children, all vaccinated. I have one with autism. Do I believe this was caused by the mmr? No I donât!! There is a huge genetical link in my family. Besides, what is more important than protecting your children against everything you can?
Autism comes during pregnancy and during the first 6 months of life. This could be genetical or even environmental factors that trigger it. So there for this before the mmr, how can it cause it.
At 12-18 months a young child starts to learn social behaviours, including language development…unfortunately this coincides with when the vaccination is given which is why people started blaming it. If mmr was the cause wouldnât the whole population of children having had the vaccination be autistic?
Would I change my son having autism? No I wouldnât! He is an amazing little boy who I wouldnât change for the world. Some days can be tough, very tough but he truly is amazing. He has an incredible mind and is extremely clever for his 4 years of age. He has an amazing mind and I love seeing the world from his eyes. I love learning about how he sees the world.
As a family with an autistic child we will continue to learn, continue to love and continue to show the world how amazing he is! Hopefully we can teach the world that autism really isnât a bad thing.

My child was sexually assaulted but the abuser gets more support.
My child was sexually assaulted but the abuser gets more support.
A few years back my son then aged seven was at school, he came home and was very quiet, he didn’t eat his tea and just stayed in his bedroom.
I thought he was coming down with something, a few days later I was speaking with a mum at the school and she said her son was also being very quiet.
I sat my little boy down and told him, he can tell me anything, absolutely anything and I will support him.He burst into tears, I held him in my arms for a good ten minutes whilst he sobbed his heart out.
When he calmed, he spat out some words that still haunt me today “mummy a boy pulled my willy hard and made me have his willy in my mouth, he pee’d in me mummy, he said he would Butt fuck me if I told, mummy I’m scared”.We went to the police and my son said who had done it, a child of eight, a bloody eight year old.
The school gave the abuser far more support than my child, nothing would be done because of his age, he had attacked four children the youngest being only five years old.
My son has had to move school and sees a councillor, he still has nightmares, my once happy child is a shell of his former self, now I completely understand that the abuser may himself have been abused or hurt but surely the victims should be shown more love and support. My sons old school were more worried about it getting out to the press than the damage done to the children. We have never even received an apology from the child, his parents or the school. We are left here alone trying to pick up the pieces.
If you think a child is being abused please don’t hesiate to report it, https://www.gov.uk/report-child-abuse
