Wanna See Something Cool, Amazing Womb Connection
Do you ever look at your child and see your mother in them, that smile, the way they move, the dodgy look they give you, yes of course you will see similarities after all your child and mother are genetically connected but they are closer than you may have thought.
Wanna see something cool?! Did you know that your grandmother carried you inside her womb?? That’s right! A female fetus is born with all the eggs she will ever have in her lifetime. So when your Grandmother was carrying your Mother in her womb, you were a teeny tiny egg in your Mum’s ovaries 🤗. The three of you have been connected for a very long time❤
I love this fact, I love the bond my own children have with their grandmother and now it is even more special and I look at my own Gran and think wow I was once inside you to, you also carried me before you even had your own daughter, my amazing mum.

Postmen Should Be Fined For Risking Animals Lives
Postmen should be fined for risking animals lives, I for one am totally fed up of lazy inconsiderate postmen who litter our homes and gardens.
Three times this month my regular pot man has dropped elastic bands on my driveway or along the pavement, I have spoken to him twice already and asked him to stop littering the neighbourhood and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said there wasn’t anything he could do about it.
Well today the stupid man dropped them again after delivering the mail, my cat Pebbles found it before I did and was playing with it, Pebbles got the elastic band stuck in her tiny throat and nearly choked to death, luckily I was able to dislodge it and rushed my poor little feline to the vets where she was given the all clear, thank god.
I phoned the post office headquarters and they weren’t even bothered, they couldn’t even apologise, all they could say was unfortunately sometimes elastic bands are dropped or fall out of the post-bag and the post workers aren’t even aware.
These elastic bands are a health hazard, they can wash into drains and kill sea creatures and choke or strangle domestic, farm or stray animals, something has to be done about it before it’s to late.
I am sickened with the post office, my cat coud have died because of irresponsible littering, I called 101 to report littering and the risk to animals and again they said they could’t do anything either, how can they get away with this, if i were to drop rubbish in the street i would be fined. Postmen should be fined also and trained to respect the neighbourhoods they deliver to.

Hashimoto I Can Cause Severe Pain
Hi 👋 My name is Hashimoto’s 🦋 … I’m an invisible autoimmune disease that attacks your thyroid gland causing you to become hypothyroid … I am now velcroed to you for life …
Others around you can’t see me or hear me, but YOUR body feels me …
I can attack you anywhere and any way I please …
I can cause severe pain or, if I’m in a good mood, I can just cause you to ache all over …
Remember when you and energy ran around together and had fun …???
I took energy from you, and gave you exhaustion … Try to have fun now …
I can take good sleep from you and in its place, give you brain fog and lack of concentration …
I can make you want to sleep 24/7, and I can also cause insomnia …
I can make you tremble internally or make you feel cold or hot when everyone else feels normal …
I can also give you swollen hands and feet, swollen face and eyelids, swollen everything …
I can make you feel very anxious or very depressed, too. I can also cause other mental health problems …
I can make your hair fall out, become dry and brittle, cause acne, cause dry skin, the sky is the limit with me …
I can make you gain weight and no matter what you eat or how much you exercise, I can keep that weight on you. I can also make you lose weight … I don’t discriminate …
Some of my other autoimmune disease friends often join me, giving you even more to deal with …
If you have something planned, or are looking forward to a great day, I can take that away from you … You didn’t ask for me … I chose you for various reasons …:
That virus or viruses you had that you never really recovered from, or that car accident, or maybe it was the years of abuse and trauma (…I thrive on stress …🙂 You may have a family history of me … Whatever the cause, I’m here to stay …
I hear you’re going to see a doctor to try and get rid of me … That makes me laugh … Just try …You will have to go to many, many doctors until you find one who can help you effectively …
You will be put on the wrong medication for you, pain pills, sleeping pills, energy pills, told you are suffering from anxiety or depression, given anti-anxiety pills and antidepressants …
There are so many other ways I can make you sick and miserable, the list is endless – that high cholesterol, gall bladder issue, blood pressure issue, blood sugar issue, heart issue among others? That’s probably me …
Can’t get pregnant, or have had a miscarriage …???
That’s probably me too …
Teeth and gum problems? TMJ …??? I told you the list was endless …
You may be given a TENs unit, get massaged, told if you just sleep and exercise properly I will go away …
You’ll be told to think positively, you’ll be poked, prodded, and MOST OF ALL, not taken seriously when you try to explain to the endless number of doctors you’ve seen, just how debilitating I am and how sick you really feel … In all probability you will get a referral from these ‘understanding’ (clueless) doctors, to see a psychiatrist …
Your family, friends and co-workers will all listen to you until they just get tired of hearing about how I make you feel, and just how debilitating I am …
Some of them will say things like “Oh, you are just having a bad day” or “Well, remember, you can’t do the things you use to do 20 YEARS ago”, not hearing that you said 20 DAYS ago …
They’ll also say things like, “if you just get up and move, get outside and do things, you’ll feel better …” They won’t understand that I take away the ‘gas’ that powers your body and mind to ENABLE you to do those things …
Some will start talking behind your back, they’ll call you a hypochondriac, while you slowly feel that you are losing your dignity trying to make them understand, especially if you are in the middle of a conversation with a “normal” person, and can’t remember what you were going to say next … You’ll be told things like, “Oh, my grandmother had that, and she’s fine on her medication” when you desperately want to explain that I don’t impose myself upon everyone in the exact same way, and just because that grandmother is fine on the medication SHE’S taking, doesn’t mean it will work for you …
The only place you will get the kind of support and understanding in dealing with me is with other people that have me … They are really the only ones who can truly understand …
I am Hashimoto’s Disease … 🦋🦋🦋

When You’re A Plus Size Woman People Say
When you’re a plus size woman, people like to say “Yeah, she’s cute in the face.” As if being full-figured is such a disgrace. Honey, I’m cute in the face, and I’m thick in the waist.
I look good weather I’m in cotton, leather, or lace. I’m beautiful, vibrant and above all, smart! There’s more to me than my weight, I also have a heart. Yes, my clothes may be a bigger size, that just means you have access to a bigger prize.
We all are not self-conscious about our weight. So don’t think your small frame gives you more pull, I’m a fabulous curvy woman with a figure that’s full.
If you’re skinny that’s fab you be happy in your skin and I’ll be happy over here in my larger model.
My thighs may wobble when I walk, I may have a double chin, Yes my boobs are huge and my butt is hard to miss, but did you notice my smile, my happy eyes and my pure confidence as I strut my stuff.
I am not ashamed of my body after all I have put a lot of time and money into making myself this shape, your passing comments are not needed, not wanted but you will not dampen my spirit or make me feel bad with your stupid comment.
You may be thinner, taller and more attractive in your eyes but my soul is kinder, sweeter and far more kind, which in my eyes makes me the most attractive person out of us two.
If you are thin we are not against you we do not judge, I understand there are woman who are desperate to gain weight but cannot, there are woman who wish they could lose weight but struggle to do so, but ladies what ever body you have to be proud, be confident and don’t let the haters bring you down.

Who Are The Parents? You’re Failing At Parenting
I witnessed something shocking last night around 10.30pm in Colchester, Essex, that sums up how bad our society is becoming. A group of 14 yr olds set upon a young boy, and as you would expect, his father came out to disperse the little shits. All 8 of them then set about the father and kicked and punched him to the head, and while he was down, the girls then proceeded to kick him in the face while he was down.
3 of us ran out to his aid and dispersed these idiots, who then wanted to take us on. We helped the guy into the recovery position and called the police.
The worst of the group were the foul-mouthed girls who I would have been ashamed to have called my daughter.
The question is .. Who are the parents ? The ultimate failures, the ones that take no responsibility for their children.
Well I wonder how proud they feel this morning, and everyday of their failed parenting ?
I hope the Parents of these disgraceful kids get exposed, and begin taking some responsibility. In the first instance, wondering where their 13 and 14 yr olds are at 10.30 at night !!
What is the world coming to when Children are showing no respect to anyone. Bring back corporal punishment, it never did my generation any harm, in fact it demonstrated there were unpleasant consequences for your actions. Something that is clearly absent from young people’s lives these days.
When I was young we wouldn’t have dared to even talk back to an adult let alone physically and verbally attacked someone, had we been caught doing something we shouldn’t have, just the threat of them telling our parents stopped our antics.
Parents are failing children, is it really that hard to discipline your children, to teach them right from wrong and give them some damn consequences for their actions.

Help Us To Find A Young Man Named Chris May
Do you have a brother or sister that you love with all your heart?
A brother or sister who is also one of your best friends?
Your child’s best friend.
Now imagine one day they disappeared. No sight of them anywhere. No explanation.
You couldn’t.
Some days you feel like this isn’t real.
Some days it’s so real that it smacks you in the face, hard.
Some days you think he is coming back.
Every person you see near your house when you return home, you convince yourself it may be him finally coming home even though deep down you know it isn’t.
Every time you hear a sound in the night.
Every time someone rings your door bell.
Every time an unknown number calls you.
Every time you see a car like his, even though you know his car has been found, for that spilt second you forget.
Then there are the days when you think, perhaps what the police believe has happened,is true.
Those days are the worst.
How can that be true?!
How can I live without ever seeing my brother again??
How can I explain any of this to his beautiful niece who misses him daily, when I don’t understand it myself.
How can we have hope when the person that knows something is unlikely to speak up.
How can we grieve when the person that knows something is unlikely to speak up.
How are we supposed to continue living like this?!
Two years of a living hell!
Please whoever you are, whatever you know, I am begging you to put an end to my families suffering.

I Am 2 I Am Not Terrible- I Am Frustrated
“I am 2. I am not terrible…I am frustrated. I am nervous, stressed out, overwhelmed, and confused. I need a hug.”
From the diary of a 2-year-old:
Today I woke up and wanted to get dressed by myself but was told “No, we don’t have time, let me do it.”
This made me sad.
I wanted to feed myself for breakfast but was told,
“No, you’re too messy, let me do it for you.”
This made me feel frustrated.
I wanted to walk to the car and get in on my own but was told, “No, we need to get going, we don’t have time. Let me do it.”
This made me cry.
I wanted to get out of the car on my own but was told “No, we don’t have time, let me do it.”
This made me want to run away.
Later I wanted to play with blocks but was told “no, not like that, like this…”
I decided I didn’t want to play with blocks anymore. I wanted to play with a doll that someone else had, so I took it. I was told “No, don’t do that! You have to share.”
I’m not sure what I did, but it made me sad. So I cried. I wanted a hug but was told “No, you’re fine, go play”.
I’m being told it’s time to pick up. I know this because someone keeps saying, “Go pick up your toys.”
I am not sure what to do, I am waiting for someone to show me.
“What are you doing? Why are you just standing there? Pick up your toys, now!”
I was not allowed to dress myself or move my own body to get to where I needed to go, but now I am being asked to pick things up.
I’m not sure what to do. Is someone supposed to show me how to do this? Where do I start? Where do these things go? I am hearing a lot of words but I do not understand what is being asked of me. I am scared and do not move.
I lay down on the floor and cry.
When it was time to eat I wanted to get my own food but was told “no, you’re too little. Let me do it.”
This made me feel small. I tried to eat the food in front of me but I did not put it there and someone keeps saying “Here, try this, eat this…” and putting things in my face.
I didn’t want to eat anymore. This made me want to throw things and cry.
I can’t get down from the table because no one will let me…because I’m too small and I can’t. They keep saying I have to take a bite. This makes me cry more. I’m hungry and frustrated and sad. I’m tired and I need someone to hold me. I do not feel safe or in control. This makes me scared. I cry even more.
I am 2. No one will let me dress myself, no one will let me move my own body where it needs to go, no one will let me attend to my own needs.
However, I am expected to know how to share, “listen”, or “wait a minute”. I am expected to know what to say and how to act or handle my emotions. I am expected to sit still or know that if I throw something it might break….But, I do NOT know these things.
I am not allowed to practice my skills of walking, pushing, pulling, zipping, buttoning, pouring, serving, climbing, running, throwing or doing things that I know I can do. Things that interest me and make me curious, these are the things I am NOT allowed to do.
I am 2. I am not terrible…I am frustrated. I am nervous, stressed out, overwhelmed, and confused. I need a hug.”

That’s Right It’s Not The Same Girl
“Haters will say it’s not the same girl. Her tattoo doesn’t match up. She’s got a different iPhone. Her hair is different. Bla bla bla…
“And they’re right… it’s not the same girl.
“And its not because in 4 yrs she had two pregnancies and two children, and she got a new iPhone.
“It’s because they are two different people. It’s because the girl before was miserable. She was hungry. She was proud of herself when she didn’t eat until she was full because that’s what they tell you to do. She was told she looked good in skinny jeans and no one told her she didn’t fit into their brands. She was never discriminated against.
“She acted like she wasn’t embarrassed to eat a burger because people would know and think that surely she eats so healthy the other time. They assumed her size equated to healthy.
“They didn’t know that she starved herself all day and into the next to eat that burger. No one knew that her day was spent constantly worrying about gaining weight, that she would even dream about it. Really, dream about eating, and waking up worried. Every. Night…This girl changed. I changed.
“I changed because I realised when I looked into my children’s eyes I never wanted to fail them, I never wanted for them to not feel loved.
“But how could I love them when I didn’t love myself?
How could I let them see me on the scales day after day?
How could I let them see me not eat?
How could I let them know that I woke in the middle of the night with anxiety that I ate too many calories in one day?
How could I tell them to love their body if I didn’t love mine?
…I no longer wanted the expectation of losing the baby weight and the old “it’s been a year now”
I no longer wanted to worry that anti-depressants would make me fat and sit there and have anxiety attacks and think “well, at least I’m not putting on weight”
I didn’t want to have my bones sticking out to determine my self worth and be miserable.
“I realised all this because I nearly fell back into it, truthfully, I nearly thought that I had to become thin quick and fit into social media, into this world of instagram and Facebook, in a world of shakes, tea and diet pills. I nearly doubted myself based on my weight, and then my son asked if he could stand on the scales after me. He watched me as he always does and said “my turn” like it was fun after watching me do it so many times.
“I don’t hate you old girl. I don’t. I don’t hate the person I was. Because I didn’t know then that I deserved love. I thought that if I looked a certain way I would be a better person.
I didn’t realise that what I weigh doesn’t define if I’m a decent human or not. Not now, not ever…
“And I realised now more than ever when I saw that little boy step on the scale.
He deserves love. He deserves never to think that his weight defines if he’s a good enough person…
“That little boy should live his life and learn that food is there to nourish him and help him grow and that food is NOT his enemy…
“You don’t need anyone’s permission to love yourself. Don’t wait for a ‘moment’ to learn love yourself, do it now. Life is so short, don’t waste it hating yourself, the world will do that for you…
“If I got hit by a bus tomorrow I would never want my tombstone to read “didn’t starve herself to please other people on the internet because she had cellulite” I’d want it to say “she didn’t die with any regrets, she lived with all she had and she loved with all her heart”
“And she threw those damn f***ing scales out. ✌🏼🤘🏼

Father Shares An Important Message To All Parents
‘Not many of you know this, but our beautiful girl has been subjected to some awful bullying at school.
It’s been a very private 7 months for us, dealing with this, immediate family only.
In this age of social media, children ( because they are children) think it’s ok to send hateful messages (to me also along with their parents who won’t take responsibility)without consequences. I’ve had calls from these children calling me an old hag because I’ve defended our daughter, approached parents and pleaded with them to talk with their children and ask them to stop. I’ve even approached the children themselves, but been threatened by parents with harassment.
The department of education don’t expel children from schools for bullying as they say. “Every child is entitled to an education.”
What about our child’s entitlement?
She’s been sent home numerous times after self harming at school. She’s not allowed a pencil sharpener as she takes the blade out and cuts herself.
The department of education also told me. “You should teach your child how to be resilient against bullies.” Yes, they said that.
Our girl has had a video taken of her sitting at her desk at school, legs slightly open, with a lovely caption about the smell. It was posted to snapchat. I spent 90 mins with the police as they tried to determine if it was photographing and distribution of pornographic material. Yes, a 12-year-old can be prosecuted if the content breaches certain criteria. Sadly our daughters didn’t, but she was subjected to weeks of ridicule.
Repercussions? The girl who posted the video lost her playtime. The person who took the video? Nothing, because no one would tell who it was.
It’s ok to verbally attack at school because they can get away with it via a screen so think the same will happen in the real world.
Last week we spent over 5 hours in A&E with psychiatrists, doctors and nurses, because our girl “had a plan to commit suicide,”and on Tuesday I am in court applying for a protection order against a 12-year-old to keep her ( the bully) away from our beautiful girl. All because parents don’t accept responsibility for their children and schools can only do so much.
The school has a safety plan for the bullied child, our daughter and the bully? She only loses recess and lunch privileges. This is infant school punishment!
Please, in this awful age of social media (or anti social media as we call it) check your children’s messages. Their devices are a privileges, nothing more, nothing less, so please make sure they are being polite and respectful in their messages. Teach the children to ‘talk’ not use text or social media to air their differences.
Bullying affects the whole family, not just the bullied. It needs to stop and it needs to stop now!’
