‘OK. Can you tell me who that person was?’
‘I’m not able to tell you that. That is confidential information.’
‘Right. Um… so ….’
‘But you do need to be tested within the next 72 hours. So can I just get the best mailing address so that we can send a kit to you?’
‘Ok (gives address)’
I just need to take a payment card so that we can finalize this and send the kit to you.’
‘Sorry – a payment card? I thought this was all free?’
‘No – I’m afraid not. There is a one-off fee of £50 for the kit and test results. Could you read off the long card number for me, please, when you’re ready.’
‘No – that’s not right. This is part of the NHS so there’s no charge.’
‘I’m afraid there is. Can you give me the card number please – this is very important, and there are penalties for not complying.’

Please correct me if I’ve got this wrong, but I’ve just watched an infomercial on it, and this is my understanding 🤔
If you develop symptoms, you must contact the T&T hotline, grass yourself up, self quarantine for 14 days and grass anyone you’ve come into contact with…
Those poor bastads then have to quarantine for 14 days too 🤔 because of you 😏

Just imagine how many people could be in 14 day quarantine because of one person 🤔 and suppose you’ve just went back to work 😱 oh, and if you did, all your work colleagues, customers, fellow traders etc, will also have to do the same 🤷♂️🧐

After 14 days isolating, as a result of someone you’ve been in contact with, suppose you fail to develop symptoms or are A-symptomatic 🤷♂️ and you don’t test positive…
You go back to work, and in no time at all the same cycle starts in your workplace from another T&T on someone who’s been in contact with another work mate 🤷♂️Surely at this point of the brainstorming session, someone must have said “Hold in a minute!!… Thant’s not workable!!” 😏🤷♂️🤔
This is a merry go round that will spin into disaster in no time at all, let alone get the country back in its feet 🤔
