What is the battery life of this monitor?

Hello dear, this monitor uses a 4000 mAh high capacity battery and can run continuously for 29 hours in ECO mode and 16 hours in regular mode, providing excellent battery life!

    What’s the ECO mode?

Hello dear, In ECO mode, the screen of the baby camera will sleep to save power. And when the baby suddenly wakes up and cries, the parent side will open the working mode to remind you in time.

Is it a WIFI baby monitor?

No,it isn’t. The baby camera does not require Wi-Fi connection. It is transmitted via secured internal 2.4GHz channel with FHSS technology, so it can protect your privacy.

What are the advantages of IPS screens compared to LCD screens?

The IPS screen has a larger viewing angle, smooth and clear images, positive colors, high image quality, and low distortion. The larger perspective solves the problem of other brands of cameras zooming in too much, and you can see the entire room.

【6-inch large screen dual camera】 The world’s first 6-inch IPS large screen baby monitor with 2 cameras. Equipped with dual cameras, capable of split screen display. You can monitor two different scenes at the same time or monitor the same scene from different angles, this gives you a larger field of view and an excellent visual experience.
【ECO mode and cry detection】 In split screen mode, when the camera emits sound in the scene, the display will sound an alarm. In ECO mode, the screen will sleep to save power when the environment is quiet, and if your baby cries, the screen will immediately light up. This provides greater help for your baby’s safety and environmental protection.
【FHSS secure connection】 No WIFI, use FHSS secure connection mode. Your baby monitor’s field of view will only be visible to your own monitor, and no one can monitor your baby from any other way, protecting privacy and ensuring unparalleled security.
【High lifespan battery】 Baby monitor with camera and audio has an ultra long standby time and a capacity of 4000mAh. It will last longer when used in ECO mode.
【Intelligent and minimalist menu】 You can debug your device through the menu. It has multiple functions, including language adjustment, lullaby, alarm setting, temperature detection, two-way calling, ECO mode, etc. You can quickly find the function you want to adjust. And you can directly adjust the volume and brightness on the button, which greatly facilitates you and saves time and energy.

  • This Is What Plus Size Pregnancy Looks Like

This is what plus size pregnancy looks like. ❤️

I’m both excited and scared to share this picture. It shows no more skin (actually less) than my swim suit but putting my body out there like this is still hard. However, I want people, especially people who look like me, to see the power and beauty in a plus size pregnancy.

It’s hard for us fat girls when it comes to pregnancy. There are a lot of preconceived notions that you can’t be fat and have a healthy pregnancy. You can’t be plus size and bring a baby into this world. Even when you do get pregnant, you don’t get the cute maternity clothes, the bump isn’t always what you expect and it’s a lot more months of people just wondering if you got fatter because your belly doesn’t look like other pregnant bellies. However, plus size pregnancies are normal, healthy and happen all the time. It feels like we don’t get to really celebrate our pregnant bodies the way other women get to.

This photo is a testament to my body and the four pregnancies it has gone through. The first two did come with complications, ones that affect women of every size and were not related to my weight. My path to and through motherhood has not been easy. I have placed a child for adoption. I have spent over a year’s time with a child in the NICU. I have lost a child while caring for a newborn and now I get to welcome our rainbow baby into our family. This body has been through A LOT. I’m proud of it and the amazing children it has brought me.

Plus size pregnancies are still worthy of being photographed and celebrated. If you have ever felt like your bump photos weren’t as cute as other people or shied away from maternity photos because you felt too big, I see you. Being pregnant and fat isn’t easy. You are worthy of celebrating your body, your pregnancy and all that comes with it. Big girls, own your bump! Who cares if it’s not the ‘cute bump’ other women get, you are going through all the same things and deserve the glory and the joy of celebrating your baby and your body.

This may very well be my last pregnancy, so even though this bump isn’t ‘perfect’, it’s carrying my son and that is perfect to me. I’ve found the beauty in this plus size pregnancy and I hope so many other moms and moms to be struggling with body issues in pregnancy know that they are beautiful and that their belly is too. ❤️

  • Why Is He In A Buggy?

“Why is he in a buggy? He is big enough to walk”

To the lady who asked me this today, I completely agree he is big enough to walk. He is well able to walk. But he prefers to run, and boy is he fast. You see my little boy has Autism. He is a runner and he is in a buggy for his own safety.

Firstly, let me tell you a bit about his Autism, because as you can see it is a hidden disability. My little guy looks just like all other children, and I know I am biased but he is quite handsome. However he is different. But I want you to know different isn’t always bad. He is simply wired differently. He can understand what you say to him, but he cannot answer you, because Autism has robbed him of his little voice, for now. He may react to bright lights, loud noises, crowds or textures. This is because his senses are a lot more sensitive than ours. You may hear him humming or see him flapping his hands. This is him stimming (how he regulates himself). His Autism may make him different but he is AMAZING.

So let’s get back to your question, the buggy. I get why you ask. It is quite strange to see a boy of his age in a buggy. But you see he is in there for his safety. My little boy sees no danger in anything. Once he is free he will run. He will run out onto a road, in front of a car. He will run into the middle of a crowd. He will run anywhere. He can be a danger to himself and others. Holding his hand is not an option, I have never seen someone so good a wriggling out of my grip. And just like that he is GONE. Queue the panic.

He will run into shops, grabbing what he likes on the way. He will run behind counters. Sit down with random people. He will raid their shopping bags. And when he becomes over stimulated you will see his hands go to his ears, he will lie on the floor and he will cry. Because you see it all gets too much for him. Lights are a major trigger for him, and boy are they everywhere. He is so fast, I mean super fast. My biggest fear is that he will get lost. He cannot answer if I call his name. He cannot tell anyone who he is. How would I find him?

A buggy means all of this is avoided. My little boy is able to enjoy his trip to the shops (even though it may be like flash lightening) I know the shops where the lights don’t agree with him, we avoid them. I can avoid him having to get into the crowds. We can avoid the sensory overload. And most of all, when he is in his buggy he is safe. He is not in danger. He can not run off. He can not get lost.

We have to go through the motions of everyday life, just like everyone else. We still have to go and get his foot measured for new shoes. We still have to get food in the shops. We still enjoy having a walk around the city centre on our days off. And a buggy means we can do these things, it means my little boy can experience every day things.

I know his buggy may stand out, it is bigger and taller because it is a special buggy. A buggy for children just like my little boy. Children who need to be kept safe in there for a little longer. I see the looks when I push him around. I hear the comments people pass as they walk past us. I think I have gotten to the stage where I ignore them. I wish he could walk with me and hold my hand, but once he is safe and happy that is all that matters to me.

So thank you for actually asking me. Thank you for asking me why.

You are right, he is big enough to walk, but I hope you understand why, for now, he needs his buggy. Why I need his buggy. Hopefully one day you will see us walking around holding hands, with no wheels. You see we now have a service puppy in training. Her name is Willow. Willow will be trained to keep Riley safe. The aim is for them to be attached to each other while we are out and about, allowing Riley to walk independently. (And allowing us to ditch the buggy). Willow will give my little guy his independence back. She will help him beyond belief. Hopefully we will be able to stop and have another chat with you, this time you can ask all about his service dog.

    Hopefully.

But for now, I hope you understand, the buggy must stay.

    All our love

    Riley’s mom

  • Pampers Are Making Parents Very Happy Right Now

Mums of late potty trainers are rejoicing at Pampers new nappies a brilliant number 8, nappies for 37lb+.

Amanda Dawn from West Sussex has shared her joy at the new size nappies, she said

“My son Dexter has Fragile X (Fragile X is a genetic condition that affects both boys and girls, although boys are often more severely affected. It can cause a range of issues with language, emotions, attention, behaviour and social interaction) Dexter is unlikely to ever be potty trained, he is non verbal and is 7 years old, the NHS provide us with a few packs of nappies a month but nowhere near enough to last, we often have to resort to buying adult incontinence pads.

Some may think that’s not a problem but when you have a child of 7 who thinks like a 1-year-old he wants the fancy designs and for me I want the convenance of being able to buy nappies from any old shop. Thank you so much Pampers for making our lives better and the fact these nappies are far cheaper is fantastic”.

Lucy Fitzpeters from Witham in Essex is also very happy “Wow big size nappies my Samuel is only 1 but such a chubster, we have been using pull ups but they aren’t great when he does a poo, these are gonna be a game changer for my family”.

Several mums hope that other companies or supermarkets such as Lidl follow suit and start making nappies in the larger sizes to help parents of all children, disabled, larger and late trainers.

Thanks Pampers for making mums lives easier!!!

  • What Is Wrong With Me Having A Large Family

Children are a blessing. We say it but don’t speak it. I am guilty of this as well.

I scroll through Facebook and see people joking about being pregnant and joking about not being pregnant. The newest joke is who can make it through the summer without getting pregnant. When I go places, my life seems to be a joke to many. A joke about not owning a television or having anything better to do all because I have five children and i am pregnant with my sixth.

When and why did we start taking life into our own hands?

The other day I was at the supermarket standing in line waiting to pay. The sweet cashier congratulated me on my 6th baby. The woman checking out turned to me and said, “oh sweetie there is a sale on Tv’s here, far cheaper than having children!”

I was pretty shocked. It was supposed to be funny, but why? Why is it common humor to joke about not wanting more children?

I understand children are hard. They make us sacrifice dreams and desires we had planned out. But I have never met a family that said they wished they never had their last child. Every single child has been a blessing. Every parent says that they can’t imagine life without every single child.

So why is it that we joke so much about having or not having children?

Everywhere we turn, pregnancy is made a joke and looked down on, people also assume that they must all have different fathers or I am doing it for the money (we don’t claim anything other than child benefits).

So where did we go wrong? Why is life no longer celebrated? Why is life now limited when it was once begged for?

I think the first place we need to start is in our words. Are we encouraging people to value life? Are we making inappropriate jokes about someone else’s new pregnancy or telling them it is time to stop?

The first step to valuing life is watching what we joke about.

  • Having Children With Different Fathers Doesn’t Make Me A Bad Parent

HAVING CHILDREN WITH DIFFERENT FATHERS DOESN’T MAKE ME A BAD PARENT

I’d always felt inferior to other mums about being a single parent when they were married or had a partner… until now.

See, I’m part of a lot of groups on Facebook, most of which include parents who ask for a lot of advice about their children, living situation, partner etc and honestly, some people still never cease to amaze me with some of their responses (I mean, to be fair, if you ask a stupid question, expect a stupid answer or some backlash)… but this one post in particular really hit me, hard.

It’s not often I get irate or provoked by something on social media, but I’m not going to lie, I was furious at the enormity of the ‘Perfect Parent Brigade’ and the way they spoke about this situation; a situation most single mothers are currently in and often, through no fault of our/their own.

(A situation nobody ever wants to be in, just let me add).

“Any mums out there who have children with more than one father?”

Aaaand we’re off! (You can almost hear the ‘Perfect Parent Brigade’ marching in!)

Whilst the majority of single parents are commenting and saying they do have multiple children with different fathers (like I do and because the post is clearly asking this), we also have the “in a relationship but not engaged” mothers, the engaged mothers and the married mothers who pipe up and give their (unwanted) two cents – AKA the parents who can possibly do no wrong!

“I just can’t imagine having a different father to my three children”, “Sorry, but why would you want your children to have different surnames, especially at school?”, “I don’t understand why some people keep having children with different men.”

Yeah, well, I couldn’t imagine doing that either love, until it actually happened to me.

Oh oh oh, and… I think I speak for all single mothers when I say… SHIT HAPPENS.

Listen love, I didn’t plan to have two children with two fathers; I planned on buying a house, being married with three children (with the same guy) and living on a farm by the time I was 28.

    And guess what?

Life doesn’t work out that way sometimes and that is OKAY.

    Who’s to know if it’ll work out? You don’t, I don’t, they don’t.

I could be married to the same man with three children and he could pass away or suddenly up and leave with no warning (which does happen), which means I may end up meeting someone later on and choose to have another baby with but that would be okay, wouldn’t it? Because you know, I was married.

So, why isn’t it okay for someone to have two children with two fathers, or three children with three fathers? Why is that such a crime?

It’s 2018, it’s more common than it ever was, yet people still continue to judge.

Do you genuinely believe we set out for this, that we wanted our children to have different fathers and surnames to each other?

Why should a woman who’s always dreamed of having a large family be told to stop having children because she’s been dealt a shit hand with men?

Before anyone gets their knickers in a twist, I do get that some parents abuse the benefits system and I believe that having a child whilst on benefits already is unfair, but they’re the people who give parents like us a bad name; but, benefits are there to help people who need it until they’re back on their feet – we’re not parasites of society or leeches.

We’re trying our best for our children, just like the ‘perfect parents’ are, too.

We have good intentions and we’re good people, we’re not inferior to you or less of a mother than you because we don’t own a home, or because we’re not married, or even because our children have different fathers and surnames.

Regardless of what anybody may think, my children are brother and sister and they have the same bond that siblings from a ‘traditional’ family would.

They have a mother who loves them unconditionally, who cooks for them, who educates them, who provides a clean home for them, who does her very best for them and who one day hopes she can settle down with the right man and possibly have another baby because that’s what happens when you meet someone isn’t it? You want to believe it’s for forever.

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t.

So tell me, why am I different to you?

Having multiple fathers to your children is hard work and I would change it in a heartbeat if I could – it’s a battle every single day… but that doesn’t mean I don’t deserve another chance at happiness or to carry another baby because I always have hope that one day, my children and I will have that.

You shouldn’t ever judge a parent for their living situation or family situation because one day it could be you; there are no guarantees in life, I promise you that.

  • Intense Sexual Intercourse Breaks House

A 640-lbs man and his 450-lbs wife had a rather unusual accident this year as the floor of their apartment collapsed during  intense sexual intercourse, causing the couple to fall three stories lower.

Michael Davis and Theresa Walker from Liverpool, England were having rampan sex in their bedroom on the third floor of an apartment building when the structure collapsed.

The couple and their bed fell through three floors before bursting through a wall and ending up in a laundry room in the basement of the building.

Emergency services were rapidly called on the site and they were able to extract the unlucky lovers from their uncomfortable position.

Miraculously, the couple suffered only light injuries and no other residents of the building were injured as almost half of the 250-year old building collapsed.

Tom Watson, another resident of the building, claims the accident was predictable and could and should have been avoided.

“This couple had very loud sex a few times a week and the entire structure would shake every time. The walls cracked and the light flickered. This is an old building, it clearly wasn’t built to endure this kind of stress!”

Mr. Watson says the landlord was aware of the situation but did nothing to correct it.

“He said the fact that they were overweight didn’t justify their expulsion and he offered to build an additional support beam in my living room. Even if the rent is cheap, most of the other tenants had already left because th situation was unbearable”

Indeed, the two apartments below the couple have been unoccupied for months, a fact that explains the absence of casualties.

The Liverpool City Police have opened an investigation and some forensic engineers have been called to the site to determine the exact cause of the collapse and whether the landlord is to blame for an unstable structure.
