  • Two 14 Year Olds Guilty Of Murdering Female Classmate

Two 14-year-old boys have been found guilty of murdering a female classmate who was lured to an abandoned house, savagely beaten and sexually assaulted in a case that has shaken Ireland.

The battered and partially clothed body of Ana Kriégel was found in a derelict farmhouse in Lucan, a Dublin suburb, on 17 May 2018, three days after she went missing.

On Tuesday at the end of a harrowing seven-week trial at the central criminal court in Dublin. They became the youngest people in Irish history to be convicted of murder.

The boys, both 13 at the time, denied the charges and were granted anonymity during the trial due to their age, being referred to as Boy A and Boy B.

The jury found that Boy A inflicted severe, extensive injuries to 14-year-old Ana’s head and neck and violently sexually assaulted her.

They found that Boy B lured Ana from her home and led her to the farmhouse aware of what was going to happen, watched the assault and covered up afterwards. Both boys were 13 at the time.

Ana’s parents, Patric and Geraldine Kriégel, hugged each other and their friends and wept in the courtroom after the verdict.

Boy B’s father briefly left the court before returning and clapping loudly in protest, saying: “An innocent child is going to prison.”

Both boys were remanded into custody pending probation reports and sentencing. In Ireland, children convicted of crimes are seldom sentenced to more than three years, but for serious crimes judges have discretion to impose longer sentences.

Leaving court, the Kriégels said: “Ana was a dream come true for us and she always will be.”

The case received extensive media coverage but as the trial progressed some people in Ireland seemed to tune out, calling the details too distressing.

The Kriégels adopted their daughter from Russia when she was two years old. She had poor eyesight and hearing, the result of an extracted tumour.

Geraldine Kriégel told the court her daughter was a kind, vulnerable soul who loved to sing and dance at home but struggled in her studies and tried in vain to make friends. A teacher told the couple she was “terrified” that other children would mock her.

Both boys were said to be from stable, middle-class homes. The prosecution alleged Boy B lured Ana from her home on the pretence of meeting Boy A, in whom Ana was “interested”. He led Ana to Glenwood House, an abandoned property on Clonee Road, Lucan, where Boy A was waiting.

Prosecutors said forensic evidence showed that the victim fought for her life against Boy A.

The jury was shown a concrete block and a metre-long stick stained with her blood. Builder’s tape was looped around her neck.

Boy A’s semen was found on her torn top. There were around 60 areas of injury to her body.

When police searched Boy A’s home they found a backpack with a “murder kit” that included a homemade zombie mask, black gloves, shin guards and a knee pad.

They also found a book with a “satanic pledge” and a set of homework club rules referring to a “satanist cult”.

Officers also found blood on Ana’s bra, which had been torn and badly damaged, with parts of the fabric pulled and stretched, and more blood on her leggings and underwear.

During the trial, both boys tried to pin blame on each other – with Boy B claiming he was “set up” by his pal.

But cops searching his home found adhesive tape that was the same brand found around Ana’s neck.

Both boys denied any knowledge of the killing. Told by police that Ana’s blood had been found on his boots, Boy A replied: “Are you joking me? Are you actually being serious?”

But jurors in their six week trial saw through their lies and they were today convicted after 14 hours and 25 minutes of deliberation.

Both boys have been remanded in custody until July 15.

  • Female Paedophile Walks Free Even After Saying Babies Were Sexy

A judge ruled today that a female nursery school manager who watched videos of young children being raped and sexually abused should be named, overturning a previous ban.

Alison Whateley, 44, told other online child sexual abuse images users that babies were ‘f***ing sexy’ and asked chatroom members for pictures and video of more, even younger victims.

She egged-on fellow paedophiles in a chatroom where 11 videos of children as young as three being sexually abused an raped were viewed by 40 participants.

Today a judge ruled it was in the public interest to reveal that depraved Whateley worked at the Bushy Tails Day Nursery and Pre-school in Teddington, south-west London. None of her offences involved pupils at the nursery.

Whateley had been given a Community Order and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order last Thursday but was allowed to walk free anonymously.

The nursery where she was working at the time of the offence said today they were ‘saddened’ and welcomed the investigation which had exposed Whateley.

The court heard that the nursery manager had shared her fantasies of abuse of young children online with online lovers with whom she watched graphic images of child abuse online.

Like Britain’s most notorious woman paedophile, Vanessa George, she had found men who shared her lust for child abuse images purely via the internet and talked lecherously about abusing children to ‘get them off.’

Whateley who had previously been responsible for looking after nursery school pupils, had used her iPhone to access online chatroom Zoom in 2017, where anonymous hosts had played videos of children as young as three years old being raped.

After a day of work at the Bushy Tails nursery she returned to her home in Farnham, west Surrey to log on as ‘user XXX’, under which guise she would encourage other users, potentially up to 100, to share more and more extreme images.

Whateley had admitted encouraging or assisting in a summary offence and was sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on March 7. Judge Peter Moss today lifted the order banning naming her.

Wearing spectacles and a beige scarf with her dark hair tied back, she clutched a spikey blue stress ball as she trudged into the dock, shielding her eyes from the assembled court and could be heard to moan in anguish throughout.

Prosecutor Steven Talbot-Hadley told Judge Peter Ross: ‘At the relevant time this defendant worked as a manager at a nursery.

‘An undercover investigation was underway by the National Crime Agency focused on the online conferencing platform Zoom, which is otherwise legitimate but known to be used by paedophiles for sharing images of child abuse online.

‘An undercover officer was deployed in the meeting. It was in this way that this defendant was discovered. What the court is concerned with is the involvement in a Zoom meeting on August 29 2017. On that occasions the defendant was present for just under an hour under the username XXX.’

The court heard that during this time 40 participants viewed 11 videos showing children as young as three to five being sexually abused and raped.

During this time, Whateley actively participated when she typed into the live chat that ‘she liked … boys and girls, the younger the better, and she particularly liked babies, saying they were ‘so f***ing sexy’.’

One of the online users had asked to see less young boys and more young girls, and the nursery manager had added ‘and younger the better.’

She asked the other users: ‘Anybody interested in very tiny children?’

Following the defendant’s digital trail had led investigators to Farnham, Surrey where they took her in for an interview, during which her position was that she had been using the online chat to track down and trap paedophiles.

The prosecutor told the court: ‘When asked if she had ever provided any names or phone numbers to police of people she had interacted with online, she said she never had and has never given a reason for that.

‘She met somebody online with the username JohnUK. She told police she talked with him about having sex with children in order to ‘get him off’, she said she had his number and thought about giving it to the police.’

Police interrogated Whateley’s phone and discovered WhatsApp messages from August to September with another man online between August and September 2017, a man called Joe, with who she discussed abusing children, and telephone records showed she was in contact with a man who was investigated by police for indecent images.

The court also heard an audio recording on her phone was discovered in which a woman could be heard performing a sex act while talking to herself in graphic detail about abusing babies, which Whateley admitted in a later police interview was her own voice.

The prosecutor said: ‘She said she made the recording because she wanted to know that she could pass herself off as one of them. When she was confronted with this she did not seek to put forward any positive explanation.’

Whateley was sentenced to a Community Order where she will be under supervision in the community for 30 months and she was ordered to complete a 50 days rehabilitation requirement.

The SHPO will be in place for five years.

Judge Peter Moss said: ‘A psychiatrist found that you gave a less than compelling reason for why you were viewing this material, to be seeking to entrap paedophiles as some sort of paedophile hunter.

‘You have accepted that is not correct because of your inactivity in doing something about it.’

  • Equal Rights Should Mean Equal Responsibility-Rape

Charlie Lucy took to Facebook with a post that made many people sit up and think.

Equal rights should mean equal responsibility.

The definition of rape stands as such:

“Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person’s consent. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority, or against a person who is incapable of giving valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability or is below the legal age of consent. The term rape is sometimes used interchangeably with the term sexual assault.”

So therefore why are females who violate children not charged with rape?

Women fought for the right to vote, work and be considered as equals to their male counterparts. They demanded change so as to be given the same rights and privileges.

With equal rights should come equal responsibility and yet because they lack male genitalia they escape being charged, tried and found guilty of the crime of rape. The very definition states that rape includes “other forms of penetration”-which female abusers engage in-and so why are they not charged as rapists, rather than it being classed as “assault by penetration?”

I will always class my female perpetrators as rapists. They groomed me,tortured and manipulated me,held and tied me down to be assaulted by male abusers, used objects and their body parts to violate my body, were party to recording these sickening acts. My foster-mother would take me to various homes to be violated and raped-she accepted money from these vermin in exchange for my innocence.

She and other female abusers assaulted and degraded me in every possible way, there were dozens-if not hundreds-of occasions where they penetrated and violently assaulted my body for their own sexual gratification and yet these vile excuses for human beings avoid being charged as the despicable rapist scum they are?

In no way am I saying that sexual assault isn’t as traumatic as rape-both violations are devastating and will change the victim forever-but rape is legally considered to be a more serious offence than sexual assault and females are evading being labelled as the monsters they are!

Sentencing in the UK is already highly questionable and does not reflect the severity of the crime. It’s about time female abusers faced the same consequences-however lenient any legal punishment maybe!

    Peace to you all 💖

British couple Nikki and Louise Draven are one of Britain’s first families to raise their child, Star Cloud, in a completely gender fluid environment. Louise (Star’s Mum) was born as a man and is currently undergoing hormone therapy to successfully transition into a woman. Nikki (Star’s Dad) identifies as both male or female, and transitions between genders on a day-by-day basis.

Both parents wish to raise Star in an environment that is neutral and fluid, straying from traditional gender roles. They allow Star to choose whatever clothing and toys he wants, or wear any colours he likes.
Nikki and Louise met at an LGBT meet-up in 2011 and found that they shared very similar views about family and gender. The two of them wish to provide Star with the freedom of choice they wished they had while growing up in their homes. They want Star to be able to choose his own gender when he is older.

Louise and Nikki want to raise Star in as ordinary a home as possible, but neither of them put much stock into gender roles defined by society.

Star is like any ordinary kid, but instead of playing with only cars or trucks, Star also enjoys playing with dolls and barbies.

Faced with challenges, the other children in Star’s nursery tell him that he can’t play with dolls because they are for girls, but Louise and Nikki carefully explain that Star is free to play with whatever he enjoys.

Nikki and Louise want to make it very clear that Star is allowed to wear makeup, put on a dress or even paint his nails if he wishes.

Star knows that he is a boy, but Nikki and Louise want him to know that they don’t want to put limitations on his gender in any way.

The couple has had multiple run-ins with bullying and public criticism, but remain hopeful that others will keep an open mind about their family

  • Science Has Proven Your Meanest Friend Is The Best

Do you have a mate you love to bits, but on occasions can’t stand or you’re embarrassed by their harsh (though true) words – you can’t help but think that they are just being mean and sarcastic . However, science says this is not the case when it comes to your closest friends.
Recent findings have shown that your meanest friend is the one who truly loves you and wants the best for you all the time.

According to a research published in Psychological Science, people who tend to make others experience negative emotions believe that the impact of those emotions will be beneficial for them in the long run.
The research was conducted at the University of Plymouth and it included 140 adult participants. The scientists behind the study observed their behavior during hypothetical situations: for instance, by generating the fear of failure to a friend who instead of learning for exams – is procrastinating his studying.
The researchers claimed that asking participants to take another person’s point of view has increased the likelihood of them choosing negative experiences and emotions for the other person if they thought that that experience would be helpful to them.

The findings of the study confirmed what scientists believed – that people indeed may be “cruel to be kind”.
“What was surprising was that affect worsening was not random but emotion-specific,” says López-Pérez, the lead author of the study. “In line with previous research, our results have shown that people hold very specific expectations about the effects that certain emotions may have and about which emotions may be better for achieving different goals.”
In other words, people can sometimes be “mean” to you not because they hate you, or they want to hurt you – but because they care for you and their “meanness” comes out of selflessness and empathy.
So, go ahead! Share this web post and tag your “mean” friends and tell them how much you love them for their honesty!
