  • Here’s Why Facebook Annoys Me

    Facebook piss offs:

    1) Men pouting in photos, girls look ridiculous enough, but lads….fucking stop it.

    2) Girls with Ming from Flash Gordon eyebrows. Eyebrows are meant to deflect water from your eyes, they are NOT supposed to have corners….

    3) People who write billy big bollocks statuses like….”to the man in the shop who just stood on my toe, it’s a good job u had ur kids with u or I’d have knocked u out!” Or “to the woman in the green corsa who cut me up earlier then smiled at me at the lights, it’s a good job the lights changed cos I was gonna get out and kick u square in the minge!”…. Firstly they won’t see that status because you don’t know them, secondly, why are you making out like you’d show any aggression towards them? You clearly said absolutely nothing to them, then ran home to write a status about what you would have done if you had some bollocks….

    4) 30+ year old men describing good things as “sick”… Grow up…

    5) Young people using Americanisms, like.. “We got a cab home and made out..” No mate, you fingered her in a taxi….

    6) “New hair” posts…it’s not fucking new hair, it’s your same old hair just shorter and laced with chemicals to make it the same colour as whichever pretty celeb you’re trying to copy… And by the way, she looks nice with red hair…you look like a tool.

    7) Overnight nutritionists…I’m glad you recently discovered health and fitness 4 months ago, but knowing that chicken and rice is good clean food, doesn’t mean you should post pics of your 8 prepped meals online every morning and preach how we should all be eating just that. Some of us like pizza thanks! Fuck off!!

😎 People who post updates like “what time does the co-op open?” You clearly have internet access… Google it you fucking cabbage!!!

    9) THIS!!!! Status: “completely devastated”

    What’s up babe?

    U ok Hun?

    What’s happened?

    “I’ve inboxed you….”

    You nob….that’s all.

    10) Pics of girls legs in the bath, just short of their tuppence…just pack it in, you attention seeking whore. The post isn’t about… “peace at last”… It’s about, “I’m naked and gagging for cock, inbox me”.

  • My Deceased Baby Is Not A Trigger Warning

It was a few days before Senna’s first birthday. I posted about how hard it was to make cupcakes for your dead baby, attaching a picture I had already openly shared with the group before. So many people sent me encouraging words and showed me love. Then, I got the message.

I cannot make a direct quote, but it went along the lines of: we know this is sensitive, but photos of Senna “upset” new/pregnant moms and we have had complaints, so we need to ask you to put trigger warnings on them.

In a group I used to turn to for support, in a group that I trusted to help me through so much, I was being asked to turn my trauma inward. Instead of the priority being the fact I needed help to survive today, it was the “uncomfortable” feelings someone else experienced. I was being asked to support other people instead of receiving the life saving support I needed. It was the only place where I felt like I was really recognised as a parent, and it was ripped away from me.

I balled on my kitchen floor while frosting whipped to perfection in my kitchen aid.

I decided to leave the group. Even though it pained me, I didn’t want Senna or my experiences to bare the burden of a trigger warning. I wanted people to see my baby, not just all the implications and biases that come with stillbirth. I didn’t want to constantly be reminded that what I went through was so terrible, so horrendous, that other people are so uncomfortable they only think of themselves and not my needs. I felt alienated.

When it was pointed out that pictures of live babies might be triggering to me, the admins responded with something along the lines of “this is a parenting group, that should be expected”. It didn’t matter that the raised money for me when Senna died, I didn’t want to wear the beautiful necklace they got for me anymore. It didn’t mean what it used to as soon as they said that.

This story doesn’t end badly. The day after, I woke up to a new group. 60 or so women, just as outraged as me, followed me onto this new platform where vulnerability are valued over all else. Trigger warnings are almost nowhere to be found, and courage is abundant.

Screw your appropriation of trigger warnings. Fuck your “safe spaces”. I want brave spaces.

My baby, my life, my trauma, doesn’t need a trigger warning because it makes you uncomfortable. To hear my story, to see me be vulnerable is an honor. To be able to think being uncomfortable is the same thing as being triggered is a privilege.

When you ask loss parents to add trigger warnings whenever they mention their child, or tell them they have to hide photos in the comments, you’re further alienating at-risk people and making them feel even more hopeless and alone

When you tell people that they should expect to see live children, but that the only photos a parent will ever have of their child are too horrific to be seen, you’re perpetuating stigma and support death adverse culture.

You’re also insinuating that trauma, and being triggered, I are same thing as being uncomfortable or disturbed which is a disservice to those who suffer from trauma disorders and turning back the clock on mental health awareness.

Click out, scroll past, block me. But don’t put the burden of your inability to face mortality on me. Or my child.

  • Female Paedophile Is Adding People On Facebook

A woman who was jailed in 2015 after forcing a nine-year-old girl to stand naked in front of a webcam so paedophiles could see her is back on Facebook adding random people

Shannon Main (formerly of Aberdeen) but now living in Roker, Sunderland allowed two men to watch the naked girl over Skype. She also posted indecent images online for people to view

Main carried out the abuse on various occasions. She was only caught after the young girl told her family about what had happened to her.

Main admitted three charges, which involved taking indecent images of a child, having these images in her possession and distributing them over a ten-month period.

She also sexually abused the girl by inducing her to remove her clothing until she was completely naked. Main also touched her sexually.

In December 2014, she was spared jail after she made a false rape allegation against an innocent man

Main eventually admitted she had not been raped when police confronted her

Attached are just a few of her profiles – We have counted 11 profiles so far that she is using. Some in her real name and some in fake names

The warped pervert even uses a picture the press took of her outside court as one of her profile pictures

  • Last Night I Tried To Kill Myself- I’m Glad I Failed

Last night I tried to kill myself, last night I was alone and broken.

You see I suffer from depression and have done for such a long time.

My Facebook posts are often depressing, dark or sad, I am not crying out for attention it just really helps to post a meme, article or video which states how I feel, it’s kind of like off loading some of my emotions.

Last night I was feeling low and scrolling through my Facebook news feed, I saw so many happy photos of people on holiday, days out or meals with the family, I felt even more down, why could I not have that?  I posted a meme about depressing, my own mother commented “oh Emma are you ever bloody happy, stop attention seeking”.

In that moment I felt more worthless, more fragile and more alone than ever.

A handful of pills I swallowed a glass of water in hand a moment of despair in my mind.

An awakening thought, these people who seem so happy, whose lives appear so perfect ARENT!!! It’s posed, it’s for Facebook, no one has a perfect life NO ONE.

Everyone has their dark moments others like me just have them more often.

Fingers down my throats and a call to a friend who has never given up on me no matter how depressing I am to be around.

Please don’t let me dampen your joy, don’t stop spreading the happy, I won’t stop posting my feelings.

You are not perfect and neither I am, if my posts are too depressing remove me, don’t comment telling me to “cheer up”, or oh “are you ever happy”, trust me I get a lot of comments like this and it does not help.

Not everyone deals with things the same way, some times the person who seems the most perfect, the happiest is the one who is breaking inside, be kind with your words, think before you comment, you never know what that person is going through, Emma H

  • Angry Facebook User Target Unicorn Business

Angry Facebook Users Target Unicorn Business.

A company called Cotswold Unicorns were spammed with multiple terrible reviews, angry comments and hateful messages after screen shots were shared into Vegan groups, a girls bitchy chat group and a discussion and rant page.

Cotswold unicorns hired out a beautiful white horse to be used at parties and celebrations, the horse wore a fake unicorn horn and children were given “animal friendly” paints and chalk to decorate the animal.

Within 2 hours of the screen shots being shared 157 reviews were placed on Cotswold unicorns Facebook page.

Here are some of the replies

Carrie owens “This is animal abuse I hope you get your horse taken away from you, horses are not for drawing on”

Freya Lassels “erm unicorns aren’t real and neither is your business, you’re the reason people become vegans and no one wants any more of them in the world”

Patty Shackles ” SICK, SICK, SICK, animal abuse at it’s worse”.

On their Facebook page Cotswold Unicorn advertise

“Here at Cotswold Unicorns, we’re all about making memories that last a lifetime.  Golden afternoons spent in the fresh air getting to know our unicorns, grooming and painting them to look even more beautiful, with lots of laughter along the way.

We offer bespoke parties as well as standard options, and with prices starting from £130 there’s something for everyone at Cotswold Unicorns”.

  • This Granny Has No Chill!

When you’re going on a night out it’s standard practice to post a few snaps and selfies with your pals…

However Rachel Fleming got more than she bargained for when her Granny started commenting!

It turns out Granny didn’t care much for poor Rachel’s fashion choices, so much so that she PAID Rachel to make sure she never wore them again!

Personally I think the trousers look great and Rachel’s rocking the look!

    What do you think?

  • Woman’s rant about slimming world goes viral

Woman’s rant about slimming world goes viral

Samantha Sage of Ipswich took to Facebook to rant about slimming world and stirred up mixed reviews and death threats

Sage said “Listen up fat ladies of the world if you really want to lose those huge fat thighs and guts stop driving to slimming world, you are trying to lose weight yet get into your vehicle and drive to your nearest slimming world, walk you lazy fatties, every meeting The car park is FULL. Use your brains rather than your stomach, eat less exercise more and leave the fat mobile at home. Free advice ladies feel free to share and let’s stop Britain from being fat and ugly, you are giving us ladies a bad name”.

Sage received thousands upon thousands of negative replies to her post, such as…

Emily Hart who said: “wow I’ve never heard something so rude some of these women may be disabled or rushing off to work straight after, you’re the ugly one with that awful attitude”

    and

Thomas Colburn “so I take it you are a size 6 then? you could be the sexiest woman on earth and i wouldn’t touch you with a barge pole, i hope you break your leg and can’t walk and get so fat you need to be driven to slimming world”.

Even more shocking is lots of people agreed with Sage stating that slimming world was a waste of money anyway and agreed the only correct way to lose weight is to cook healthy meals and exercise daily.

One woman replied with “fat people make me sick, no excuse to be over weight it is pure laziness, amen sister”.

Sage has since deactivated her Facebook account due to backlash and threats to herself and her family but not before her post had over 10000 comments and 600 shares
