  • My Friend Died Because Of One Person

I hate getting shots. But I owe it to James.

My friend James died last week of cystic fibrosis. He was the toughest sonofagun I’ve ever known. He got his first double lung transplant when he was in his 20s and those lungs kept him alive for more than a decade. He fell in love, got married, and had a son.

Last winter he got the flu. He couldn’t get a flu shot because he was immunocompromised, so he was counting on the rest of us to keep him healthy. Someone didn’t get that shot, got the flu, exposed James, and he got sick.

The flu was so bad that his lungs began to fail. But being the lucky, amazing, walking, fighting miracle that he is, he was able to get a second lung transplant last spring. The procedure was more complicated, though, and his body began rejecting his new lungs. He fought as long and as hard as he could to stay alive.

He died last week and leaves behind a wife, a 3 year old son, and a world full of friends who miss him deeply.

Thanks to organ donation, James lived another 15 years. And thanks to folks getting vaccinations, we were all able to keep him healthy for so long.

Get your flu shot, y’all. It might hurt, but it doesn’t hurt nearly as much as losing someone you love.

At least twenty people have been killed and multiple injured in a mass shooting at a church in south Texas America.

Reports on a news network said, the gunman has been “taken down by.

The Sheriff’s Office told CNN he died after a brief car chase, but it is not clear if he was killed by police or took his own life.
Sheriff Joe Tackitt confirmed to Wilson County News that there have been “multiple casualties and fatalities”.

Roughly 50 people usually attend Sunday service at this church.

Local news outlets have reported that children are among the dead.
The San Antonio FBI branch confirmed its agents have been deployed, but there is no indication of the gunman’s motive.

  • I Wish My Sick Wife Would Take Her Last Breath

I Wish My Sick Wife Would Take Her Last Breathe

I hate my wife, I literally hate her, I wish I had never met her, I hate that she is so ill.
Now you may think I’m a cruel heartless man and you may well be right, but please hear me out.
I met my wife in 2011 she was the most beautiful woman I had ever laid eyes on, we instantly hit it off and things moved quickly.

By 2013 we were happily married with one son, it seemed like a perfect life but it was all to collapse all to soon.
You see I love my wife but she knew she was ill when she met me, she never disclosed this to me and I have now been given a life sentence in caring for her.
My wife finds it hard to get out of bed, she has short-term memory loss and muscle weakness, sex is something that rarely happens as my wife constantly has urine infections.
Yes I’m a bad guy for hating her and wishing her dead, but I’m still here, I’m still caring for her.
I’ve given up my life, my happiness, all for a woman who couldn’t even inform me of her condition.

When we were stood at the altar she knew what she was signing me up for.
So here I am 26 years old caring for a four-year old and a disabled wife.
If I could turn back time I would have run from that church and never looked back.

I am not ashamed, I wish she would take her last breath now and release me from this hell.

I receive little help and have to live off of social fund, my son is missing out on so much, we cannot afford trips out or any luxuries, so I have gone from a high paid job, nice cars, fancy holidays and a good life to this, this existence, it is not a life, if she was gone me and my son would be so much better off.

I will look after her until the day she dies, I have stood by her it doesn’t mean I have to be happy about it.
