  • Please Stop Bed Sharing

This absolutely angers me after 1st baby died she was then told of dangers of risks told to STOP bed sharing. Told about safe sleep.
Then just over a week later 11 days think is she calls emergency response AGAIN and AGAIN her second twin DIED AGAIN she was bed sharing!! She even LIED to start with after first died said they sleep in their cribs so in my opinion she already knew dangers, else why lie and pretend they were in cribs.

Autopsy for both show’s asphyxiation she lay on both according to reports that’s is NOT SIDS so think her defense team need brush up on what babies get classed as SIDS . As that’s their apparent argument šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

She deserves all she gets that maybe harsh but one babies death is sad can even be uneducated ect but TWO after being specifically told dangers and not told told about safe sleep safety ect is NEGLECT . An both parents also believed to be high and DO take
Suboxone on prescription. So again NEGLECT due to drugs . An babies also premature another risk that increases sleep related deaths even those who are big advocates state premature babies shouldn’t bed share.

As a mum who was uneducated young ect after Lewis died before even being told anything on safe sleep when pregnant with connor I knew without a shadow of a doubt I would NEVER bed share again with any future children guilt even after I learned I DIDNT kill him even today still remains.

When will parents learn ESPECIALLY in cases drink drugs are ANY risk factors are present two sweet innocent babies 😭

  • Are You Sleeping With Your Roommate

A Mom visits her son for dinner who lives with a girl roommate.

During the course of the meal, his mother couldn’t help but notice how pretty his roommate was. She had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this had only made her more curious….

Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact, she started to wonder if there was more between him and his roommate than met the eye. Reading his mom’s thoughts, his son volunteered, ā€œI know what you must be thinking, but I assure you,we are just

    roommates.”

About a week later, his roommate came to him saying, ā€œEver since your mother came to dinner, I’ve been unable to find the silver plate. You don’t suppose she took it, do you?”

He said ,”Well, I doubt it, but I’ll email her, just to be sure.” He sat down and wrote :

    Dear Mother:

I’m not saying that you ā€˜did’ take the silver plate from my house, I’m not saying that you ā€˜did not’ take the silver plate But the fact remains that it has been missing ever since you were here for dinner.

    Love,

    your son.

Several days later, he received an email from his Mother which read:

    Dear Son:

I’m not saying that you ā€˜do’ sleep with your roommate, and I’m not saying that you ā€˜do not’ sleep with her.

But the fact remains that if she was sleeping in her OWN bed, she would have found the silver plate by now, under her pillow…

    Love,

    Mom.

  • Ghost Baby In Bed With My Son

So last night I was positive there was a ghost baby in the bed with my son. I was so freaked out, I barely slept. I even tried creeping in there with a flashlight while my son was sleeping. Well, this morning I go to investigate a bit further. It turns out my husband just forgot to put the mattress protector on when he changed the sheets šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ I could kill him.

  • Charging Your Phone Can Be Dangerous

Last night at 1am Mia’s bed caught fire. Luckily she was awake however she was laying in bed and it caught right by her head. We got it out really fast and everyone was ok.

I have Minor burns and Mia did get sick from taking in to much smoke. So incredibly scary how fast it was spreading (all behind her bed and up the wall too) house filled so thick with smoke in seconds. It started because her Charger was touching her metal bed frame.

So lesson to everyone make sure your kids are not charging their phones on the bed or sleeping with their chargers on their beds. This could have been SOOOOOOO much worse if she had been asleep I don’t even want to think about it. Thankful the worst is we need to get her a new mattress new sheets and new pillows.

  • To All Mamas With A Child In Hospital

To all those parents that know..

I’ve seen you in those hospital rooms. I’ve seen you hand your child off to surgeons, not knowing if you would ever get to hold them again with a beating heart. I’ve seen you pray, hope, and hold on to faith with a sheer will that would put most to shame. I’ve seen you hold your baby with tears streaming down your face because this kind of sickness isn’t the kind that just comes and goes, this is the kind where no one can assure you that your child is going to be okay.

You fight for your child when they can’t fight for themselves. You hope for them and you stay positive for them, and then run to the bathroom just to cry where they can’t see. You research and talk to doctors and talk to other parents to find the best possible treatment plans and solutions to give the best life to your child. You take part in care for your child in ways even some in the medical field are intimidated by – dropping NG tubes, giving IV meds through a Broviac at home.

You go to the places no one wants to go. You know a side of the world that most would like to pretend doesn’t exist.

You call your child hospital your home away from home, and while the rest of the world may find that sad, you see the hope. It’s the place that gives your child a chance at life.

I see you, mumma And you are loving that child unconditionally, just as you should. You are standing beside them come hell or high waters, and you are doing a good job. You are giving them the best.

You are their cheerleader. You are their smile maker. You are the one that knows their favorite songs and favorite toys. You are the one that knows how to calm them down, how to hold them, how to love them best.

While other parents know everything about their child’s sleep habits, you know everything about your child – where their normal sats should be, what their resting heart rate is, their normal pressures. While other parents can talk about their kid’s feeding schedules, you could talk all day about your kid’s anatomy, what surgeries are next, or what treatments are on the radar. While other parents are teaching their kids to crawl and to walk, you are teaching yours to drink from a bottle just to get rid of that dang NG tube, teaching them to bear weight on their legs and rebuild their core from weakness of lying in a hospital bed all day. While other parents look forward to going out on a date night without kids, you look forward to the moments when you can grab enough hands to shuffle around a bunch of machines and a hospital crib to just hold your baby.

You would do anything for your child. And some of you have to brave the path that no parent should have go down. Instead of debating the best way to introduce solid foods to a baby, you are making decisions with doctors on quality of life for your child.

To all of you, I see you. Hold on to hope.

Keep on doing what you are doing, loving that kid no matter what.

You are brave. You are strong.

You are doing a good job.

    You are a good mom.

    Love,

    A Momma Who Knows

  • Heres Why You Don’t Sleep In Contacts

ā€œI sleep in my contacts all the time and I’ve never had a problem.ā€

As an eye doctor, I literally hear this daily. The picture shows a referred case from the local urgent care, a subsequently cultured pseudomonas ulcer, and are the direct result of sleeping in contact lenses. Pseudomonas (bacteria) is an important cause of ocular morbidity and its opportunistic characteristics quickly lead to permanent blindness. This will be the 4th case of cultured pseudomonas that I’ve treated in my clinic.

The bacteria explosively eats away at the patients cornea in a matter of days leaving a soupy, white necrosis (dead tissue) in its wake. I was able to start this patient on fortified antibiotic drops around the clock and recently steroids to reduce permanent scarring. While this patient’s eye continues to drastically improve from baseline, she will very likely exhibit some form of residual vision loss even after treatment.

To be very clear, I don’t ever recommend sleeping in any brand of SOFT contact lenses. The risks outweigh the benefits every time. It takes seconds to remove your contacts but a potential lifetime of irreversible damage if you choose to leave them in. People need to see these images and remind themselves/family/friends to also be aware of contact lens misuse.

  • Sex Scenes On Tv Don’t Happen Like That In Real Life

When you watch sex scenes on tv. Is it me that thinks, “It does not even happen like that? ” “Is this even sex?”

They have sex instantly,. Then roll over cuddling and fall asleep. Errrmmmm? No sorry, Who the hell does that?.

I am sure this is the right way.

Sometimes it takes 25 minutes to even get hard. I’m literally walking around the house smacking the dick across things to get the blood in. Tv’s, The cooker, The dog. Then when we’re good to go it’s still not straight forward. Theres the moving around positions, Getting feet stuck in blankets and falling over. Headbutting each other trying to be sexy. Picking your partner up and falling off the bed. Then the dick falls out and you tryĀ put it back in and you hit the brown bum hole. She thinks it was an accident when in reality the man wants to see if she’s willing to go a bit further.

Half way through you need to stop and have a water break. Grab that pop from the side of the bed then whack it back in. Then you both pull the most ridiculous cum faces and flop off each other. Now in films they cuddle and go to sleep. No no. What about the cum run. Women running across the landing like there vaginas falling out and they are trying to catch it. Then when they sit on the toilet you hear the good old fanny fart and cum explosion into the toilet. While the mans laying there with spermicide still coming out his willy and flicking it off.

Then when its bed time you both try to get comfy and always find sperm getting somewhere it should not have. Like your ears or ankles or in between your toes.

Tvs need to actually watch sex.. I mean it can be quite stressful.
